【摘要】:未來金融相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展將圍繞大數(shù)據(jù)與移動(dòng)化和云IT展開,商業(yè)銀行更是如此。獲益于新的數(shù)據(jù)與技術(shù),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融機(jī)構(gòu)的客戶覆蓋率及業(yè)務(wù)效率將得到極大提升。擁有大數(shù)據(jù)與技術(shù)的公司將擁有更多的機(jī)會(huì)勝出,而這一切必定會(huì)重塑金融格局。 互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融與商業(yè)銀行之間的相當(dāng)?shù)母?jìng)合關(guān)系,會(huì)全面搏擊傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)。以前的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融是對(duì)商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)的補(bǔ)充,是對(duì)金融服務(wù)空白的填補(bǔ),然而其最大的潛力是它改變并培養(yǎng)了消費(fèi)者網(wǎng)絡(luò)金融的行為。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的威脅已經(jīng)使各個(gè)商業(yè)銀行坐立不安,除了改變傳統(tǒng)的習(xí)慣性的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念之外,要適時(shí)適度的改進(jìn)自己的服務(wù)內(nèi)容和服務(wù)方式以及服務(wù)的渠道,以適應(yīng)新時(shí)期下金融行為的轉(zhuǎn)變,跨入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融領(lǐng)域,搶奪金融市場(chǎng)的大蛋糕。 傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行在長(zhǎng)期經(jīng)營(yíng)過程中所發(fā)展起來的數(shù)量繁多的物理機(jī)構(gòu)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)構(gòu)成了行業(yè)壁壘,這個(gè)是其他新的金融服務(wù)提供商進(jìn)入時(shí)最大的不足,因?yàn)槲锢砭W(wǎng)點(diǎn)意味著長(zhǎng)期的客戶積累、繁多的服務(wù)渠道以及深入人心的服務(wù)內(nèi)容。但是,其分支機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)勢(shì)被網(wǎng)絡(luò)銀行的業(yè)務(wù)所削弱。不同于傳統(tǒng)物理網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的時(shí)間和空間限制,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)的服務(wù)處理中,一個(gè)自主的網(wǎng)站可以完成所有需求客戶的對(duì)接,更重要的是其提供服務(wù)的時(shí)間是每天的24小時(shí),傳統(tǒng)銀行的排隊(duì)、工作時(shí)間才辦公等等限制被網(wǎng)絡(luò)新技術(shù)所打破,相反,隨著地產(chǎn)業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)成本的上升,,傳統(tǒng)的物理網(wǎng)點(diǎn)反而增加了銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)成本,唱衰傳統(tǒng)物理網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的輿論也一度熱烈。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)的金融服務(wù)的沖擊下,傳統(tǒng)的銀行的物理網(wǎng)點(diǎn)雖然得到了保存,但是其功能也逐漸發(fā)生了變化,銀行的傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)也在逐漸變化。 在新的形勢(shì)下,商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)該逐步提高自身的金融服務(wù)能力,從服務(wù)模式創(chuàng)新著手,對(duì)自己在網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的發(fā)展藍(lán)圖中對(duì)自己進(jìn)行新的規(guī)劃和定位,挖掘已經(jīng)積累的資源,在新的市場(chǎng)秩序下完善自己的服務(wù)內(nèi)容,發(fā)掘新的服務(wù)渠道,建立新的服務(wù)模式,重新理順與市場(chǎng)中其他金融服務(wù)提供者之間的關(guān)系,建立共贏的局面,在配合監(jiān)管部門完成既有的要求之外,還要實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)準(zhǔn)備金的管理和監(jiān)督,同時(shí)提升規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的手段,才能在新的金融形勢(shì)下與時(shí)俱進(jìn),保持業(yè)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先地位。
[Abstract]:In the future, the development of financial related business will revolve around big data and mobile and cloud IT, especially commercial banks. Benefiting from new data and technology, Internet financial institutions' customer coverage and business efficiency will be greatly improved. Companies with big data and technology will have more opportunities to win, all of which will surely reshape the financial landscape. The former Internet finance is the supplement to the commercial bank business and the filling of the financial service gap. However, its greatest potential is that it has changed and cultivated the behavior of consumer network finance. The threat of Internet finance has made commercial banks restless. In addition to changing the traditional business philosophy, they should improve their service content, service methods and service channels in a timely and appropriate manner. In order to adapt to the change of financial behavior in the new period, step into the field of Internet finance, seize the big cake of financial market. This is the biggest weakness when other new financial service providers enter, because physical outlets mean long-term customer accumulation, a wide range of service channels and deeply rooted service content. However, the advantage of its branch office is weakened by the business of network bank. Unlike the time and space constraints of traditional physical sites, in the network of service processing, an autonomous website can complete all the needs of customers docking, more importantly, its service delivery time is 24 hours a day, Restrictions on queuing and working hours in traditional banks have been broken by new technologies on the Internet. On the contrary, as the costs of the real estate and service industries have risen, the traditional physical network has increased the operating costs of banks. Singing down the traditional physical network of public opinion was once enthusiastic. Under the impact of the financial services of the network, although the physical network of the traditional banks has been preserved, its functions have gradually changed, and the traditional advantages of the banks are also gradually changing. Commercial banks should gradually improve their financial service ability, start with the innovation of service mode, plan and position themselves in the blueprint of the network age, and excavate the accumulated resources. In the new market order, we should improve our service content, explore new service channels, establish new service models, rearrange the relationship with other financial service providers in the market, and establish a win-win situation. In order to keep pace with the new financial situation and keep the leading position in the new financial situation, it is necessary to realize the management and supervision of reserves and to enhance the means of avoiding risks in order to meet the existing requirements of regulatory authorities.
