工商銀行與匯豐銀行國(guó)際化的比較分析

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)金融的全球化以及中國(guó)的崛起,中資銀行業(yè)國(guó)際化條件日益成熟,并逐漸發(fā)展成為一種趨勢(shì)。尤其是近年來全球金融危機(jī)的爆發(fā)使得西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家銀行業(yè)受到巨大沖擊,正是我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行搶占國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的大好時(shí)機(jī)。工商銀行至今已經(jīng)成功多年蟬聯(lián)世界銀行盈利能力排行榜第一名,而且作為中國(guó)乃至世界市值與資產(chǎn)規(guī)模最大的銀行,近年來他也加快了自身國(guó)際化的步伐。匯豐銀行眾所周知作為老牌的跨國(guó)銀行有著成熟的國(guó)際化布局和獨(dú)特的國(guó)際化成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。因此本文選取國(guó)內(nèi)的工商銀行與國(guó)外的匯豐銀行,對(duì)他們的國(guó)際化發(fā)展進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究。 通過對(duì)工商銀行與匯豐銀行國(guó)際化動(dòng)因、國(guó)際化路徑以的對(duì)比分析,我們會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)目前我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行走出國(guó)門,實(shí)施國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略的必要性和可行性。但同時(shí)也會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行目前還存在著國(guó)際化程度低,國(guó)際化人才緊缺等眾多問題。因而我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行首先在自身發(fā)展條件的允許的情況下,應(yīng)抓住機(jī)遇,盡早進(jìn)入國(guó)際金融市場(chǎng),搶占市場(chǎng)份額,做大做強(qiáng)。通過在兩家銀行國(guó)際化并購(gòu)績(jī)效的對(duì)比研究中,本文引入了財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)法,,建立了股權(quán)收益模型對(duì)兩家銀行國(guó)際化并購(gòu)績(jī)效進(jìn)行測(cè)量和比較后發(fā)現(xiàn):經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的攤薄和成本管理的改進(jìn)是績(jī)效提升的重要原因。另外,本文最后還從國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略制定、人才培養(yǎng)、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理方式選擇、并購(gòu)資源整合、業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避以及品牌建設(shè)這七個(gè)方面對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行國(guó)際化發(fā)展提出了建議,希望對(duì)工商銀行或者國(guó)內(nèi)其他商業(yè)銀行國(guó)際化發(fā)展提供幫助。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of economy and finance and the rise of China, the internationalized conditions of Chinese banks are maturing day by day, and gradually developing into a trend. Especially the outbreak of the global financial crisis in recent years has made the banking industry of western developed countries suffer a huge impact, which is a good opportunity for our commercial banks to seize the international market. ICBC has been ranked top of the World Bank's profitability ranking for many years and, as the largest market value and asset bank in China and the world, has accelerated its own internationalization in recent years. HSBC is known as a well-established multinational bank with a mature international layout and unique international success experience. So this paper chooses ICBC in China and HSBC in foreign countries to compare their internationalization development. Through the comparative analysis of the internationalization motivation and the internationalization path of ICBC and HSBC, we can find that it is necessary and feasible for Chinese commercial banks to go abroad and implement the internationalization strategy. But at the same time, the commercial banks in our country still have many problems, such as low degree of internationalization and shortage of internationalized talents. Therefore, the commercial banks of our country should seize the opportunity to enter the international financial market as soon as possible, seize the market share and become bigger and stronger under the conditions of their own development. By comparing the performance of international M & A between the two banks, this paper introduces the financial index method. The equity return model is established to measure and compare the performance of international mergers and acquisitions of the two banks. It is found that the thinning of management risk and the improvement of cost management are the important reasons for the performance improvement. In addition, this paper also puts forward some suggestions for the internationalization development of commercial banks in China from seven aspects: international strategy formulation, talent training, management mode selection, merger and acquisition resource integration, business innovation, risk aversion and brand building. I hope to help ICBC or other domestic commercial banks develop internationally.
