【摘要】：歷史表明,在美元成為主導性國際貨幣背景下發(fā)生的匯率之爭,美國是贏家。而當前的匯率之爭也一定會增加新興經濟體維持現有國際分工的成本。在現有的國際分工格局剛性和美元主導的國際貨幣體系格局下,2005年匯率改革以來人民幣一籃子貨幣匯率采取的防御性匯率管理策略———央行在名義有效匯率上存在緩和的非對稱損失偏好,符合中國經濟增長和漸進改革的模式,體現了國際金融體系和貿易體系不對稱的實情。通過防御性匯率管理策略來降低維持現有國際分工格局的成本依然是未來數年人民幣匯率政策的基本出發(fā)點。
[Abstract]:History has shown that the United States is the winner in the exchange-rate wars in which the dollar has become the dominant international currency. And the current currency wars are bound to increase the cost of maintaining the existing international division of labour in emerging economies. Under the existing rigid international division of labor and the dollar-dominated international monetary system, the defensive exchange rate management strategy adopted by the RMB basket of currencies since the exchange rate reform in 2005-the central bank's nominal effective exchange rate There are moderate asymmetric loss preferences, In line with China's economic growth and progressive reform, the international financial system and the trading system are asymmetrical. Reducing the cost of maintaining the existing international division of labor through defensive exchange rate management is still the basic starting point of RMB exchange rate policy in the next few years.
