工商銀行包頭分行小微企業(yè)金融服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:目前,小微企業(yè)的發(fā)展面臨著諸如融資困難、服務(wù)體系不健全、信息缺乏、管理水平低等一系列問題,其生存壓力日益加大。小微企業(yè)“融資難”問題的解決,業(yè)已成為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)保持平穩(wěn)持續(xù)較快增長的關(guān)鍵因素。從商業(yè)銀行的角度來看,隨著利率市場化的進(jìn)程加快,商業(yè)銀行凈息差的收窄,小微企業(yè)金融服務(wù)的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型,是商業(yè)銀行在金融脫媒、利率市場化背景下的必然選擇。文章從包頭工行怎么樣發(fā)展小微企業(yè)金融服務(wù)這一視角,基于小微企業(yè)金融服務(wù)多層次、高效率的要求,研究包頭工行如何科學(xué)合理地規(guī)劃小微企業(yè)金融服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展策略、如何正視存在問題、規(guī)避發(fā)展劣勢、發(fā)揮比較優(yōu)勢以提升同業(yè)競爭能力和可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力,也為正在探討小微企業(yè)金融服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)的商業(yè)銀行提供一些有價(jià)值的借鑒。 本文首先介紹研究背景及意義,綜述國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀及成果,,明確研究的思路、結(jié)構(gòu)和方法。在對小微企業(yè)概念進(jìn)行界定的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了商業(yè)銀行服務(wù)小微企業(yè)的必要性,同時(shí)介紹了市場細(xì)分、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控、金融創(chuàng)新等小微企業(yè)金融服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論,綜述了國內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行有關(guān)小微企業(yè)金融服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展情況。針對國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行小微企業(yè)金融服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,重在找問題、析原因;針對美、德、英等國商業(yè)銀行小微企業(yè)金融服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,提煉出可資借鑒的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和做法。在大視野的宏觀綜述分析之后,聚焦包頭工行本身,在就其小微企業(yè)金融服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行概說的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)明確其競爭優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)會及挑戰(zhàn)等因素,最后有針對性提出包頭工行小微企業(yè)金融服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的策略,具體從客戶選擇、業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控、營銷團(tuán)隊(duì)專業(yè)化水平提升、激勵(lì)考核機(jī)制完善等方面深入展開,提出了包頭工行應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展觀念,制定合理的小微企業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃;應(yīng)圍繞抵質(zhì)押品的品種、方式進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新,依托總行的理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)金融產(chǎn)品做好小微企業(yè)理財(cái)服務(wù),同時(shí)大力推行總行貿(mào)易融資方式創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品;在從貸前、貸中、貸后嚴(yán)格風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控的同時(shí),注重培育營銷理念,建立以客戶經(jīng)理責(zé)任責(zé)任制為主體的營銷系統(tǒng),全面推行金融產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)制,建立專門的績效考核體系等,多管齊下,深入開展小微企業(yè)金融服務(wù),培育同業(yè)核心競爭力,實(shí)現(xiàn)差異化發(fā)展和精細(xì)化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of small and micro enterprises is faced with a series of problems, such as financing difficulties, imperfect service system, lack of information, low level of management and so on. The solution to the problem of "difficult financing" for small and micro enterprises has become the key factor for our country's economy to maintain steady and sustained rapid growth. From the point of view of commercial banks, with the acceleration of interest rate marketization, the narrowing of net interest margin of commercial banks and the strategic transformation of small and micro enterprises' financial services, it is an inevitable choice for commercial banks under the background of financial disintermediation and interest rate marketization. From the perspective of how Baotou ICBC develops financial services of small and micro enterprises, based on the requirement of multi-level and high efficiency of financial services of small and micro enterprises, this paper studies how to scientifically and reasonably plan the development strategy of financial services of small and micro enterprises. How to face up to the existing problems, avoid the disadvantages of development, give full play to the comparative advantage in order to enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development of the same industry, but also provide some valuable reference for the commercial banks that are exploring the financial services business of small and micro enterprises. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research, summarizes the current situation and achievements of the research at home and abroad, and clarifies the ideas, structure and methods of the research. On the basis of defining the concept of small and micro enterprises, this paper analyzes the necessity of commercial banks to serve small and micro enterprises, and introduces the basic theories of small and micro enterprises' financial service business, such as market segmentation, risk management and management, financial innovation and so on. This paper reviews the development of small and micro-enterprise financial services in commercial banks at home and abroad. In view of the development of domestic commercial banks' small and micro enterprises' financial service business, it is important to find out the problems and analyze the reasons, and to refine the advanced experiences and practices that can be used for reference in view of the development of the small and micro enterprises' financial service business of commercial banks in the United States, Germany, Britain and other countries. After the macro overview and analysis of the big field of vision, focusing on the Baotou Industrial and Commercial Bank itself, and on the basis of an overview of the current development situation of its small and micro enterprises' financial service business, it focuses on its competitive advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, and so on. Finally, it puts forward the development strategy of the financial service business of Baotou ICBC small and micro enterprises, which is carried out from the aspects of customer selection, business innovation, risk prevention and control, the promotion of the professional level of marketing team, the improvement of incentive and examination mechanism, and so on. The paper puts forward that Baotou Industrial and Commercial Bank of China should change its concept of development, formulate a reasonable development plan for small and micro enterprises, innovate its methods around the variety of pledged goods, and do a good job of financial services for small and micro enterprises based on the financial products of the financial services of the head office. At the same time, we should vigorously promote innovative products in the way of trade financing in headquarters. While strictly preventing and controlling risks before, during and after loans, we should pay attention to cultivating marketing concepts and establishing a marketing system with the responsibility system of customer managers as the main body. We should carry out the financial product manager responsibility system, establish the special performance appraisal system, carry out the financial service of the small and micro enterprises, cultivate the core competitiveness of the same industry, and realize the differentiated development and the fine development.
