【摘要】：正隨著我國主動融入經(jīng)濟全球化進程,開放型經(jīng)濟水平不斷提升。通過不斷創(chuàng)新利用外資政策、利用外資方式,推動體制機制改革,優(yōu)化外商投資環(huán)境,2013—2014年我國利用外資仍然保持了良好穩(wěn)健的發(fā)展態(tài)勢,利用外資規(guī)模持續(xù)擴大、外資質(zhì)量顯著提高、外資結(jié)構(gòu)更趨優(yōu)化,外資在我國產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級和區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮的作用更加突出。一、我國利用外商直接投資的現(xiàn)狀與特點
[Abstract]:With China's active integration into the process of economic globalization, the level of open economy is constantly improving. By constantly innovating the policy of utilizing foreign capital, using foreign capital, promoting the reform of system and mechanism, and optimizing the environment of foreign investment, China's utilization of foreign capital has maintained a good and steady development trend in 2013-2014, and the scale of utilizing foreign capital has continued to expand. The quality of foreign capital has been improved significantly, the structure of foreign capital has become more optimized, and the role of foreign capital has become more prominent in the process of industrial transformation and upgrading and regional coordinated development in China.
