【摘要】：外商直接投資作為產(chǎn)業(yè)重要的資金來(lái)源在戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)中占據(jù)著絕對(duì)的主導(dǎo)地位，它不僅為戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的研發(fā)創(chuàng)新提供有力保障，更為很多剛起步的企業(yè)提供了啟動(dòng)資金和創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)力，而且對(duì)于外資企業(yè)，外商直接投資更是在戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中分得一杯羹的最好方式。同時(shí)伴隨著“京津冀”地區(qū)一體化進(jìn)程的加快，和戰(zhàn)略型新興產(chǎn)業(yè)近十年來(lái)的飛速發(fā)展，“京津冀”地區(qū)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)如何實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)，如何更好更快的使用有限資源，如何整合“京津冀”地區(qū)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)外商直接投資等問(wèn)題也尤為凸顯和迫切。 本文對(duì)于“京津冀”地區(qū)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)外商直接投資的研究主要通過(guò)研究現(xiàn)狀，研究吸引外商直接投資的因素，和外商直接投資對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響三大方面展開(kāi)，并結(jié)合分析結(jié)果提出相應(yīng)調(diào)整措施。 本文首先對(duì)于“京津冀”地區(qū)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)和利用外資現(xiàn)狀分別進(jìn)行了分析，并對(duì)分行業(yè)研究中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)解釋?zhuān)黄浯问褂没疑P(guān)聯(lián)度模型，對(duì)“京津冀”地區(qū)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)吸引外商直接投資的影響因素及關(guān)聯(lián)度大小做了深入分析，模型結(jié)果也一定程度上解釋了之前遺留的問(wèn)題。之后通過(guò)對(duì)整體產(chǎn)業(yè)和外商投資部分戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)分別進(jìn)行線(xiàn)性回歸分析，量化了外商直接投資對(duì)“京津冀”地區(qū)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響，，最后在兩大模型的基礎(chǔ)上提出了“京津冀”地區(qū)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)外商直接投資的優(yōu)化、調(diào)整的建議。
[Abstract]:As an important source of capital for the industry, foreign direct investment (FDI) occupies an absolute dominant position in the strategic emerging industries. It not only provides a strong guarantee for the R & D innovation of the strategic emerging industries. Many startups provide start-up funds and entrepreneurial power, and for foreign-funded enterprises, foreign direct investment is the best way to get a share in the development of strategic emerging industries. At the same time, with the acceleration of regional integration process of "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei" and the rapid development of strategic emerging industries in the past ten years, how to upgrade the industrial structure of "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei" regional strategic emerging industries, How to use limited resources better and faster, and how to integrate foreign direct investment (FDI) of strategic emerging industries in "Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei" are particularly prominent and urgent. In this paper, the research on foreign direct investment (FDI) in strategic emerging industries in "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei" region is carried out in three aspects: the current situation, the factors that attract foreign direct investment, and the impact of FDI on the industry. Combined with the results of the analysis, the corresponding adjustment measures are put forward. Firstly, this paper analyzes the present situation of strategic emerging industries and the utilization of foreign capital in "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei" region, and explains in detail the problems in the research of different industries. This paper makes a deep analysis of the influence factors and correlation degree of the strategic emerging industries in "Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei" region to attract foreign direct investment, and the results of the model also explain the problems left over to a certain extent. Then through the linear regression analysis of the whole industry and some strategic emerging enterprises with foreign investment, this paper quantifies the influence of foreign direct investment on the strategic emerging industries in the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei" region. Finally, on the basis of the two models, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the optimization and adjustment of foreign direct investment (FDI) of strategic emerging industries in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
