【摘要】：金融業(yè)作為現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的核心部門,在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟中的作用日益重要�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)和信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,使得金融資源和信息跨區(qū)間流動更加頻繁和高效,但這并不意味著地理空間和距離的消失,地理因素在金融景觀的形成中仍然發(fā)揮著重要作用。從國際來看,目前已形成以“紐約-東京-倫敦”為金三角的國際金融中心體系；從國內(nèi)來看,上海金融中心地位正受到北京、深圳等城市的挑戰(zhàn)。面對新興經(jīng)濟體金融業(yè)的異軍突起,上海建設(shè)國際金融中心迎來了全球金融中心重新洗牌的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。在此背景下,對上海市金融產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究就顯得十分必要。 本文在描述上海市金融產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,從上海市近年來具代表性的金融發(fā)展規(guī)劃入手,研究當前的金融產(chǎn)業(yè)布局,并將其置于國內(nèi)外金融發(fā)展環(huán)境之中,找尋可能存在的問題,并嘗試提出優(yōu)化的路徑。文章共分為三個部分： 首先是本文的立論依據(jù)和理論基礎(chǔ),分列第一二章。第一章主要介紹了本文的研究背景、研究意義和研究思路。第二章從金融地理學和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學的視角,梳理了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于區(qū)域金融、金融業(yè)區(qū)位、金融業(yè)空間布局等方面的研究內(nèi)容。 其次是本文的主體部分,分列第三四五六章。第三章從金融市場、金融發(fā)展環(huán)境以及金融業(yè)的經(jīng)濟驅(qū)動效應(yīng)等方面,分析上海市金融業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第四章從近年上海市金融業(yè)最具綱領(lǐng)性的規(guī)劃文件入手,運用地理學空間分析方法,對上海市金融業(yè)發(fā)展的空間格局進行分析,研究表明上海市金融業(yè)總體呈現(xiàn)“核心—外圍”空間格局,而各類型金融機構(gòu)空間格局則呈現(xiàn)個性化特征。此外,全市范圍內(nèi)金融資源“大集聚,小分散”的格局與市政府的規(guī)劃意愿出現(xiàn)了偏差。第五章將上海市金融業(yè)分別置于全國和全市范圍內(nèi),分析其面臨的內(nèi)外環(huán)境。研究表明,當前上海市金融業(yè)發(fā)展受到國內(nèi)來自以北京、深圳為代表的經(jīng)濟中心城市的挑戰(zhàn),市內(nèi)各區(qū)縣本應(yīng)形成金融發(fā)展合力,加大對國內(nèi)外金融資源的吸引力,但事實上,各區(qū)縣以規(guī)劃為依據(jù),產(chǎn)生對上海市內(nèi)有限的金融資源的爭奪,使上海市金融業(yè)發(fā)展面臨“內(nèi)外交困”的局面,對其空間布局進行優(yōu)化成為上海市金融業(yè)發(fā)展的必然選擇。為此,第六章嘗試給出上海市金融產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展布局優(yōu)化的實施路徑,以期為上海市金融中心建設(shè)提供一些政策參考。 最后是本文的結(jié)論和展望。重點梳理了文章的主要結(jié)論,對于空間布局研究和實地調(diào)查方面的不足之處,希望在今后的研究中加以完善。
[Abstract]:As the core sector of modern service industry, financial industry plays an increasingly important role in modern economy. With the rapid development of Internet and information technology, financial resources and information flow between regions more frequently and efficiently, but this does not mean the disappearance of geographical space and distance, geographical factors still play an important role in the formation of financial landscape. Internationally, an international financial center system with "New York, Tokyo and London" as the golden triangle has been formed. At home, the status of Shanghai as a financial center is being challenged by Beijing, Shenzhen and other cities. In the face of the sudden emergence of the financial industry of emerging economies, Shanghai's construction of an international financial center has ushered in the opportunity and challenge of reshuffling the global financial center. In this context, the study of Shanghai's financial industry is very necessary. On the basis of describing the current situation of financial industry development in Shanghai, this paper begins with the representative financial development plan of Shanghai in recent years, studies the current financial industry layout, and puts it in the financial development environment at home and abroad. Look for possible problems and try to propose optimized paths. The article is divided into three parts: The first part is the theoretical basis and theoretical basis of this paper, which is divided into two chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background, research significance and research ideas. From the perspective of financial geography and regional economics, the second chapter combs the research contents of regional finance, financial industry location, financial industry spatial distribution and so on at home and abroad. The second part is the main part of this paper, divided into three-five-six chapters. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of Shanghai's financial development from the aspects of financial market, financial development environment and the economic driving effect of financial industry. The fourth chapter starts with the most programmatic planning documents of Shanghai's financial industry in recent years, and analyzes the spatial pattern of the development of Shanghai's financial industry by using the method of geographical spatial analysis. The research shows that the financial industry of Shanghai presents a "core-periphery" spatial pattern in general, while the spatial pattern of various types of financial institutions presents individualized characteristics. In addition, the citywide financial resources "big agglomeration, small dispersion" pattern and the city government's planning will appear deviation. Chapter five analyzes the internal and external environment of Shanghai financial industry in the whole country and the whole city. The research shows that the current development of Shanghai's financial industry is challenged by the domestic economic center cities, such as Beijing and Shenzhen. All districts and counties in the city should form a joint effort of financial development and increase their attractiveness to financial resources at home and abroad, but in fact, On the basis of planning, all districts and counties compete for limited financial resources in Shanghai, which makes the development of Shanghai's financial industry face the situation of "internal and diplomatic difficulties". Optimizing its spatial layout has become an inevitable choice for the development of Shanghai's financial industry. For this reason, the sixth chapter attempts to give the implementation path of optimizing the development layout of Shanghai financial industry, in order to provide some policy references for the construction of Shanghai financial center. The last part is the conclusion and prospect of this paper. The main conclusions of this paper are summarized, and the deficiencies of spatial layout research and field investigation are discussed in this paper, which is expected to be perfected in the future research.
