【摘要】：在美國(guó)，社區(qū)銀行為中小企業(yè)提供貸款資金，通過(guò)靈活的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式為社區(qū)銀行當(dāng)?shù)鼐用窈椭行∑髽I(yè)提供專門(mén)有針對(duì)性的金融服務(wù)，促進(jìn)了當(dāng)期社區(qū)銀行的發(fā)展，繁榮了當(dāng)?shù)氐氖袌?chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)。 而在我國(guó)，社區(qū)銀行尚屬于新事物，起步較晚，但社區(qū)銀行對(duì)中小企業(yè)及地方經(jīng)濟(jì)的支持作用已經(jīng)引起人們的關(guān)注。在中國(guó)，，很多家中小銀行步入了社區(qū)銀行發(fā)展的初級(jí)階段，而城市商業(yè)銀行及農(nóng)村合作金融機(jī)構(gòu)則成為其中最具有社區(qū)屬性的銀行。然而，在不完善的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的運(yùn)作條件下，這些中小銀行的發(fā)展與西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家社區(qū)銀行存在較大差異。因此，我國(guó)社區(qū)銀行的發(fā)展還需要在理論和實(shí)踐方面深入研究。 本文充分借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的研究成果，首先，對(duì)具有中國(guó)特色的社區(qū)銀行的概念進(jìn)行了界定；隨后本文介紹了我國(guó)社區(qū)銀行目前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，通過(guò)研究美國(guó)社區(qū)銀行發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并結(jié)合我國(guó)目前的金融環(huán)境，提出我國(guó)社區(qū)銀行的合理發(fā)展路徑，有力地促進(jìn)了我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展，增強(qiáng)我國(guó)銀行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，并對(duì)推動(dòng)我國(guó)社區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起到了一定的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。最后，鑒于社區(qū)銀行其自身特點(diǎn)以及我國(guó)當(dāng)前社區(qū)銀行發(fā)展環(huán)境，戰(zhàn)略性的提出了在中國(guó)發(fā)展社區(qū)銀行的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In the United States, community banks provide loans to small and medium-sized enterprises, and provide specific and targeted financial services to local residents and small and medium-sized enterprises through flexible business models, thus promoting the development of community banks in the current period. The local market economy flourished. But in our country, the community bank is still a new thing, starting late, but the community bank to the small and medium-sized enterprises and the local economy support function has already aroused people's attention. In China, many small and medium-sized banks have stepped into the initial stage of the development of community banks, and urban commercial banks and rural cooperative financial institutions have become the most community banks. However, under the condition of imperfect market economy, the development of these small and medium banks is quite different from that of community banks in western developed countries. Therefore, the development of community banks in China needs to be further studied in theory and practice. Firstly, the concept of community bank with Chinese characteristics is defined, and then this paper introduces the current development situation of community bank in China, and through the study of the development experience of American community bank, Combining with the current financial environment of our country, this paper puts forward the reasonable development path of our country's community bank, which can promote the healthy development of our national economy and enhance the competitiveness of our banking industry. And to promote the development of our community economy has played a certain theoretical and practical significance. Finally, in view of the characteristics of the community bank and the current development environment of the community bank in China, the policy suggestions of developing the community bank in China are put forward strategically.
