【摘要】:隨著改革開放政策繼續(xù)深化,社會主義市場經(jīng)濟體制的逐步形成和完善,中國經(jīng)濟的日漸邁向全球化,我國的各個行業(yè)都得到了飛速發(fā)展,融資擔保行業(yè)也不例外。本文旨在通過對安慶市綠油油融資擔保有限公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境與條件的分析,制定企業(yè)的全面發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,從而提高企業(yè)決策的有效及正確性,以維持企業(yè)盈利,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。本文采取以邁克爾?波特的競爭戰(zhàn)略理論、環(huán)境、市場分析為基礎的戰(zhàn)略理論和核心競爭力理論為主要依據(jù),通過環(huán)境分析法,對企業(yè)所處的宏觀和行業(yè)外部環(huán)境進行細致分析討論,找出企業(yè)發(fā)展內(nèi)外部的機會和威脅;從而制定出公司的戰(zhàn)略方向,并將管理劃分為公司層戰(zhàn)略、業(yè)務層戰(zhàn)略和職能層戰(zhàn)略三個層次,每個層次都對應著不同的解決方案。本文運用于上海交通大學安泰經(jīng)管學院所學的戰(zhàn)略管理理論與方法,通過對融資擔保行業(yè)內(nèi)具有典型代表意義的安慶市綠油油融資擔保有限公司的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析,制定合理的發(fā)展和競爭策略,并充分發(fā)揮公司現(xiàn)有的優(yōu)勢資源,著力改善公司面臨的各種劣勢因素,抓住行業(yè)現(xiàn)階段的機遇,擺脫行業(yè)面臨的發(fā)展困境,實現(xiàn)擁有占領市場主動權的自信和實力的戰(zhàn)略目標。本文按照提出問題、分析問題、解決問題的思路,共分為緒論、擔保行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及未來發(fā)展趨勢分析、綠油油擔保公司經(jīng)營的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析、擬定綠油油擔保公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、保障綠油油擔保公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實施的措施等五大部分。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the policy of reform and opening up, the gradual formation and perfection of the socialist market economy system, and the increasing globalization of China's economy, all industries in China have been developed at full speed, and the financing guarantee industry is no exception. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the internal and external environment and conditions of Anqing Green Oil financing guarantee Co., Ltd., to formulate the overall development strategy of the enterprise, so as to improve the effectiveness and correctness of the enterprise's decision, and to maintain the profit of the enterprise. To realize the rapid development of enterprises. This article takes Michael? Porter's competitive strategy theory, environment, market analysis based on strategic theory and core competitiveness theory as the main basis, through the environmental analysis method, the macro and industry external environment of the enterprise are analyzed and discussed in detail. Find out the internal and external opportunities and threats of enterprise development, and then formulate the strategic direction of the company, and divide the management into three levels: corporate strategy, business strategy and functional strategy, each level corresponding to a different solution. This paper applies the strategic management theory and method studied by Antai School of Economics and Management of Shanghai Jiaotong University, through the analysis of the internal and external environment of Anqing Green Oil financing guarantee Co., Ltd, which has typical representative significance in financing guarantee industry. To formulate reasonable development and competition strategies, to give full play to the company's existing advantages and resources, to make efforts to improve the various inferior factors facing the company, to seize the opportunities at the present stage of the industry, and to get rid of the development predicament faced by the industry. Achieve the strategic goal of having the confidence and strength to occupy the market initiative. According to the ideas of putting forward problems, analyzing problems and solving problems, this paper is divided into four parts: introduction, analysis of the current situation and future development trend of the guarantee industry, analysis of the internal and external environment of the operation of the green oil guarantee company, and formulation of the development strategy of the green oil guarantee company. Guarantee the green oil guarantee company development strategy implementation measures and other five parts.
