【摘要】：商業(yè)銀行紛紛向小微信貸業(yè)務轉(zhuǎn)型,促進了小微信貸業(yè)務的蓬勃發(fā)展。但隨著近年來宏觀經(jīng)濟增長放緩,小微信貸業(yè)務的風險逐漸顯現(xiàn),暴露了商業(yè)銀行小微信貸業(yè)務風險管理依然存在不少問題。本論文通過梳理小微信貸業(yè)務風險管理的相關(guān)理論,并結(jié)合A銀行小微信貸業(yè)務發(fā)展的實踐,深入分析A銀行小微信貸業(yè)務的風險來源及其風險管理存在的問題,在此基礎上,提出完善A銀行小微信貸業(yè)務風險管理的相關(guān)對策,以期在理論上進一步豐富小微信貸業(yè)務風險管理的理論,在實踐上指導A銀行有效防范小微信貸業(yè)務風險,促進其小微信貸業(yè)務可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本論文首先介紹了小微企業(yè)的分類和小微信貸業(yè)務的涵義,梳理了小微信貸業(yè)務風險管理的相關(guān)理論；接著介紹了A銀行小微信貸業(yè)務的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并分析了其主要風險來源；然后分析了A銀行小微信貸業(yè)務的風險管理現(xiàn)狀、風險管理存在的問題以及風險管理的主要關(guān)鍵點。在此基礎上,針對小微信貸業(yè)務風險管理的三個關(guān)鍵點——行業(yè)和區(qū)域等外部宏觀風險、抵質(zhì)押物缺失帶來的還款意愿風險、信息不對稱帶來的決策和管理風險,分別從加強防范外部宏觀風險、加強機制創(chuàng)新、提高銀行貸款分析和管理技術(shù)等三方面,提出了完善A銀行小微信貸業(yè)務風險管理的對策。
[Abstract]:Commercial banks have transformed to micro-credit business, promoting the flourishing development of micro-credit business. However, with the slowdown of macroeconomic growth in recent years, the risks of micro-credit business gradually appear, exposing the commercial banks small and micro credit business risk management is still a lot of problems. By combing the relevant theories of risk management in micro-credit business and combining the practice of the development of micro-credit business in Bank A, this paper deeply analyzes the risk sources and the problems in risk management of micro-credit business in Bank A, and on this basis, In order to further enrich the theory of risk management of small and micro credit business in theory and guide Bank A to prevent the risk of small and micro credit business effectively in practice, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures to perfect the risk management of small and micro credit business of Bank A. To promote the sustainable development of its micro-credit business. This paper first introduces the classification of small and micro enterprises and the meaning of small and micro credit business, combs the related theory of risk management of small and micro credit business, then introduces the development situation of small and micro credit business in bank A, and analyzes its main risk sources. Then it analyzes the current situation of risk management, the problems of risk management and the key points of risk management. On this basis, aiming at the three key points of risk management in micro-credit business, such as external macro risk such as industry and region, the risk of repayment intention caused by the absence of pledge, the risk of decision-making and management brought by asymmetric information, This paper puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the risk management of A bank's small and micro credit business from three aspects: strengthening the prevention of external macro risks, strengthening the innovation of mechanism, improving the bank loan analysis and management technology.
