【摘要】：本文對比分析美國、歐盟和英國等主要經(jīng)濟體和金融穩(wěn)定理事會對影子銀行體系的監(jiān)管進展、不足和出路,認(rèn)為應(yīng)從信用創(chuàng)造視角透視影子銀行體系運行的內(nèi)在缺陷,歐美和國際監(jiān)管措施未來應(yīng)該完善其內(nèi)在缺陷。最后提出應(yīng)客觀對待中國的影子銀行體系發(fā)展,不應(yīng)盲目監(jiān)管而應(yīng)鼓勵其發(fā)展,并監(jiān)測內(nèi)在風(fēng)險機理。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a comparative analysis of the progress, shortcomings and ways out of the supervision of the shadow banking system by the major economies such as the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom and the Financial Stability Council, and holds that the inherent defects in the operation of the shadow banking system should be seen from the perspective of credit creation. Europe and the United States and international regulatory measures in the future should improve its inherent defects. Finally, the author points out that China's shadow banking system should be treated objectively, should not be blindly regulated, but should be encouraged to develop, and the internal risk mechanism should be monitored.
