【摘要】：個人銀行結(jié)算賬戶使用自由、方便、不受限制,不僅可用于各種性質(zhì)資金的收支和款項劃轉(zhuǎn),甚至能夠用于各類金融產(chǎn)品的投融資活動。由于銀行對個人銀行結(jié)算賬戶的管理粗放,使大量投融資、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營性資金自由進入該類賬戶,不僅影響了正常的稅收、統(tǒng)計、支付等管理秩序,同時也極大地增加了個人銀行結(jié)算賬戶被用于洗錢的風險。本文從其粗放式管理的現(xiàn)狀、存在洗錢風險的隱患入手,深入分析原因,并提出對策建議,以供參考。
[Abstract]:Individual bank settlement account is free to use, convenient, unrestricted, not only can be used for all kinds of nature of income and expenditure and transfer of funds, even can be used in all kinds of financial products investment and financing activities. Due to the extensive management of individual bank settlement accounts by banks, a large number of investments and financing and the free entry of productive and operating funds into such accounts not only affect the normal management order of taxation, statistics, and payments, It also greatly increases the risk that individual bank accounts will be used for money laundering. Based on the present situation of extensive management and the hidden trouble of money laundering risk, this paper analyzes the reasons, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for reference.
