【摘要】:知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái),預(yù)示著以資源和資本決定發(fā)展成敗的時(shí)代已經(jīng)成為過(guò)去,企業(yè)掌握的知識(shí)成為企業(yè)最重要的戰(zhàn)略資源,企業(yè)知識(shí)從推動(dòng)企業(yè)發(fā)展的外在變量轉(zhuǎn)變成決定企業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在核心因素。企業(yè)知識(shí)管理承擔(dān)著企業(yè)知識(shí)共享、創(chuàng)新的職能,特別是關(guān)鍵知識(shí),在企業(yè)范圍內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)較高程度的共享及創(chuàng)新,創(chuàng)造出有利于企業(yè)發(fā)展的新知識(shí)。企業(yè)知識(shí)管理的能力將在很大程度上決定企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力以及企業(yè)能否獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。與此同時(shí),員工培訓(xùn)作為企業(yè)人力資源管理的一項(xiàng)重要職能,承擔(dān)著通過(guò)提高員工素質(zhì)提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重任,而員工培訓(xùn)的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容就是讓員工掌握、運(yùn)用對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展有用的知識(shí)。由于企業(yè)知識(shí)管理與員工培訓(xùn)有著共同的目的,并且以知識(shí)為紐帶,以員工為載體,所以兩者是可以相互融合促進(jìn)的。目前將企業(yè)知識(shí)管理與員工培訓(xùn)結(jié)合起來(lái)研究還比較少,因此,將兩者結(jié)合起來(lái)進(jìn)行研究是可行且很有意義的。 本文旨在通過(guò)闡述企業(yè)知識(shí)管理與員工培訓(xùn)的基本理論提出基于企業(yè)知識(shí)管理的員工培訓(xùn)體系的內(nèi)涵、優(yōu)勢(shì),進(jìn)而嘗試闡述基于企業(yè)知識(shí)管理的員工培訓(xùn)體系的框架、內(nèi)容,最后,通過(guò)介紹及評(píng)價(jià)XX銀行的培訓(xùn)體系來(lái)說(shuō)明基于企業(yè)知識(shí)管理的員工培訓(xùn)的運(yùn)作。本文通過(guò)筆者自身的管理實(shí)踐和對(duì)XX銀行的調(diào)查了解,診斷企業(yè)原有培訓(xùn)中存在的問(wèn)題和不足,探討知識(shí)管理與企業(yè)培訓(xùn)二者的關(guān)系,以知識(shí)管理為導(dǎo)向改進(jìn)XX銀行員工培訓(xùn)體系,以期改進(jìn)后的培訓(xùn)體系能對(duì)XX銀行未來(lái)發(fā)展有所幫助,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)培訓(xùn)在人才培養(yǎng)、知識(shí)共享、知識(shí)創(chuàng)新方面的作用,提高企業(yè)人力資源的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)知識(shí)的創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:The arrival of the era of knowledge economy indicates that the era in which the success or failure of development is determined by resources and capital has become a thing of the past, and the knowledge grasped by enterprises has become the most important strategic resources of enterprises. Enterprise knowledge has changed from an external variable to an internal core factor that determines the development of an enterprise. Enterprise knowledge management undertakes the functions of enterprise knowledge sharing and innovation, especially the key knowledge. It realizes the higher degree of sharing and innovation in the enterprise scope, and creates new knowledge that is beneficial to the development of the enterprise. The ability of knowledge management will largely determine the competitiveness of the enterprise and whether the enterprise can obtain the competitive advantage. At the same time, as an important function of enterprise human resource management, staff training undertakes the important task of enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises through improving the quality of employees, and one of the important contents of employee training is to let the staff master it. Apply knowledge that is useful for business development. Because the enterprise knowledge management and the staff training have the common purpose, and takes the knowledge as the link, takes the staff as the carrier, therefore the two can merge each other to promote. At present, there are few researches on the combination of knowledge management and employee training, so it is feasible and meaningful to combine them. The purpose of this paper is to put forward the connotation and advantages of employee training system based on enterprise knowledge management by expounding the basic theory of enterprise knowledge management and employee training, and then trying to explain the framework and content of employee training system based on enterprise knowledge management. Finally, the training system of XX Bank is introduced and evaluated to explain the operation of employee training based on enterprise knowledge management. Through the author's own management practice and the investigation and understanding of XX Bank, this paper makes a diagnosis of the problems and deficiencies in the original training of enterprises, and probes into the relationship between knowledge management and enterprise training. Taking knowledge management as the guide to improve the staff training system of XX Bank, in the hope that the improved training system can be helpful to the future development of XX Bank, and truly realize the role of training in personnel training, knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation. Improve the competitiveness of enterprise human resources, and ultimately realize the innovation of enterprise knowledge.
