【摘要】：正主持人的話:2012年的"十一黃金周"帶來的不僅是旅游的狂熱,也同時催生了網(wǎng)上購物熱潮,吃喝玩樂、家電家裝以及話費充值、信用卡還款的用戶數(shù)量大增,而這一切都與第三方支付直接相關(guān)。從最初的"無證駕駛"到2010年6月中國人民銀行正式對外公布《非金融機構(gòu)支付服務(wù)管理辦法》、2011年5月發(fā)放首批第三方支付業(yè)務(wù)許可證(即所謂"牌照"),我國支付業(yè)得到快速發(fā)展,第三方支付機構(gòu)的業(yè)務(wù)范圍不斷拓展,創(chuàng)新的速度以及競爭的程度都在加深。多少"錢景"值得眾多機構(gòu)趨之若鶩?又有多少"險景"隱在其中?而對于第三方支付企業(yè)以"非金融機構(gòu)"的身份越來越多地參與金融業(yè)務(wù)可能
