第三方支付與銀行的競(jìng)合關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展和電子設(shè)備的普及,電子商務(wù)也迅速發(fā)展起來(lái)。電子商務(wù)作為一種全新的營(yíng)運(yùn)模式,讓網(wǎng)民足不出戶(hù)就能購(gòu)買(mǎi)到商品。電子商務(wù)因其便利性和豐富性日益受到網(wǎng)民的關(guān)注和使用。與此同時(shí),網(wǎng)上支付行業(yè)也應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。網(wǎng)上支付主要分為兩種形式:網(wǎng)上銀行支付和第三方支付。網(wǎng)上銀行是指通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái),由銀行開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)用的網(wǎng)上自助服務(wù)的新興業(yè)務(wù)。第三方支付平臺(tái)則是存在于資金使用者與銀行之間的信息傳遞者,隨著第三方支付平臺(tái)的發(fā)展,其角色發(fā)生了一定變化,第三方支付平臺(tái)不僅僅是在買(mǎi)方和賣(mài)方之間、資金使用者與銀行之間傳遞信息,還充當(dāng)了信用媒介,解決了買(mǎi)方和賣(mài)方之間信息不對(duì)稱(chēng)及收貨時(shí)間所產(chǎn)生的交易障礙,從而促進(jìn)了電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展,但是與網(wǎng)上銀行相比,第三方支付尤其是一些實(shí)力不夠的第三方支付平臺(tái)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高。兩者在網(wǎng)上支付領(lǐng)域處于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀態(tài),其反映的實(shí)質(zhì)其實(shí)是第三方支付機(jī)構(gòu)與銀行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。在第三方支付興起的最初,兩者以合作為主,但是隨著第三方支付的迅速發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新,兩者表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)引起了廣泛關(guān)注。本文就是從客戶(hù)選擇偏好出發(fā),分析第三方支付和網(wǎng)上銀行的各自?xún)?yōu)劣勢(shì),從而提供兩者發(fā)展的建議。 本文從第三方支付產(chǎn)業(yè)研究的背景、意義入手,探討了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于兩者競(jìng)合關(guān)系研究的現(xiàn)狀。介紹了第三方支付及網(wǎng)上銀行的概念,梳理了發(fā)展的脈絡(luò)以及模式種類(lèi)等問(wèn)題,運(yùn)用SWOT分析法總結(jié)了第三方與銀行在電子支付市場(chǎng)的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)。通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式對(duì)第三方支付與網(wǎng)上銀行的個(gè)人用戶(hù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,,再根據(jù)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果探討了網(wǎng)上銀行和第三方支付的矛盾與沖突;趩(wèn)卷的數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)兩者共同的影響因素分析兩者的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情況,根據(jù)兩者獨(dú)特的影響因素分析兩者的合作情況,并運(yùn)用博弈論分析了兩者合作的必要性,最后給出了優(yōu)化第三方支付與銀行的競(jìng)合關(guān)系的政策建議。 通過(guò)研究,本文得出結(jié)論:銀行業(yè)應(yīng)加快改革創(chuàng)新的步伐,意識(shí)到了危機(jī)就應(yīng)當(dāng)正確應(yīng)對(duì)。在電子商務(wù)高速發(fā)展的背景下,無(wú)論銀行還是第三方支付都應(yīng)當(dāng)把握機(jī)遇,加速自身的發(fā)展,盡管兩者的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)無(wú)法避免,但是仍然可以通過(guò)合理劃分業(yè)務(wù),共同做大蛋糕,這才是對(duì)雙方最有利的選擇。
[Abstract]:With the development of the Internet and the popularity of electronic equipment, electronic commerce has also developed rapidly. E-commerce as a brand-new business model, so that Internet users can buy goods without leaving home. E-commerce is paid more and more attention by Internet users because of its convenience and richness. At the same time, online payment industry also came into being. Online payment is mainly divided into two forms: online banking payment and third party payment. E-bank is a new business of self-service on-line which is developed and applied by bank through network platform. The third party payment platform is the information transmission between the fund user and the bank. With the development of the third party payment platform, its role has changed, and the third party payment platform is not only between the buyer and the seller. The transmission of information between the users of funds and the banks also acts as a credit medium, which solves the transaction obstacles caused by the asymmetric information between buyers and sellers and the time of receipt of goods, thus promoting the development of electronic commerce, but compared with online banks, Third-party payment, especially some of the strength of the third-party payment platform higher risk. Both of them are competitive in the field of online payment, which reflects the competition between the third party payment institution and the banking industry. At the beginning of the rise of third-party payment, the cooperation was the main factor, but with the rapid development and innovation of third-party payment, the competition between the two attracted wide attention. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of third-party payment and online banking, and provides suggestions for their development. Based on the background and significance of the research on third-party payment industry, this paper discusses the present situation of the research on the relationship between the two at home and abroad. This paper introduces the concepts of third-party payment and online banking, combs the development context and the types of models, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of third-party payment and bank in the electronic payment market by using SWOT analysis method. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the personal users of third-party payment and online banking by means of questionnaire, and then discusses the contradictions and conflicts between online bank and third-party payment according to the results of the questionnaire. Based on the data of the questionnaire, this paper analyzes the competition between the two countries through their common influencing factors, analyzes their cooperation situation according to their unique influencing factors, and analyzes the necessity of their cooperation by using game theory. Finally, the policy suggestions of optimizing the competing relationship between third party payment and bank are given. This paper concludes that the banking industry should speed up the pace of reform and innovation, realize that the crisis should be dealt with correctly. Under the background of the rapid development of electronic commerce, both banks and third parties should seize the opportunity to accelerate their own development. Although the competition between the two can not be avoided, they can still make a big cake through the rational division of business. This is the best choice for both sides.
