我國信用卡市場健康發(fā)展問題研究

【摘要】:本文的寫作主要是圍繞著我國信用卡市場如何健康發(fā)展的問題而展開的,在經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)發(fā)生以后,作為“三駕馬車”之一的出口就開始面臨嚴(yán)峻的問題,同時,政府?dāng)U大投資這一舉措又存在著嚴(yán)重的局限性和不可持續(xù)性。在這樣的背景下,作為國家宏觀調(diào)控基本手段的經(jīng)濟(jì)杠桿對促進(jìn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長起到了不可忽視的作用。經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革以來,作為三大經(jīng)濟(jì)杠桿之一的信貸杠桿受到了極大的重視。 信用卡這一新生的金融產(chǎn)品所具有的消費(fèi)信貸功能恰好成為了信貸杠桿的有效載體,有效的保持我國經(jīng)濟(jì)總量平衡,同時,推動我國經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展。本文首先詳細(xì)介紹信用卡及其兩大職能,然后從馬克思主義貨幣理論角度闡述它的電子貨幣職能,同時,從西方消費(fèi)理論角度分析它的消費(fèi)信貸職能。目的是從科學(xué)的角度論述信用卡的健康發(fā)展對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要性,對國家宏觀調(diào)控起到積極的輔助作用。同時,運(yùn)用大量的數(shù)據(jù)分析我國信用卡市場的發(fā)展的歷程,發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及在擴(kuò)大國內(nèi)投資總額方面和在提高國民消費(fèi)水平領(lǐng)域所取得的成效。本文通過全面細(xì)致的分析我國信用卡的發(fā)展方向,很多現(xiàn)階段我國信用卡市場存在的問題就越來越明顯化了。信用卡普及率低、高占比的睡眠卡浪費(fèi)銀行大量成本、信用卡市場盈利能力差、非法套現(xiàn)造成經(jīng)濟(jì)虛假繁榮、信用卡壞賬沖擊銀行金融體系,五大問題相互影響相互制約著我國信用卡的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。 本文對我國信用卡市場存在的問題進(jìn)行了深入分析,并指出產(chǎn)生問題的原因主要是:中國式消費(fèi)文化制約、信用卡發(fā)放目標(biāo)群體過于集中、信用卡消費(fèi)環(huán)境制約、銀行內(nèi)部風(fēng)險防范系統(tǒng)不完善以及銀行信審機(jī)構(gòu)把控不嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)。針對存在的問題提出對策和建議,即要從政府,銀行和整個信用卡營銷市場三方面入手,尋求促進(jìn)我國信用卡市場健康發(fā)展的辦法。說明了政府要引導(dǎo)信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè),銀行要強(qiáng)化內(nèi)部建設(shè),信用卡營銷市場也需要進(jìn)一步規(guī)范。 本文依托馬克思主義貨幣理論和西方消費(fèi)理論,依托《中國信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展藍(lán)皮書》、《2012年中國信用卡報告》、《2013年第四季度支付體系運(yùn)行總體情況》相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整合建造模型。運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)分析為研究提供了有力的數(shù)據(jù)支撐。在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,完善了我國信用卡市場健康發(fā)展的相關(guān)研究,使模型更豐富具體化,研究也更具邏輯性。同時本文第一次整合信用卡發(fā)展近十年研究數(shù)據(jù),從信用卡發(fā)卡量、各發(fā)卡行所占市場份額、人均持卡張數(shù)、卡均消費(fèi)額、持卡人年齡占比和信用卡受理環(huán)境角度分析我國信用卡市場的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。最終闡明了我國信用卡市場的健康發(fā)展離不開國家的宏觀調(diào)控、銀行的全力配合和個人的合理使用。
[Abstract]:The writing of this paper mainly revolves around the question of how to develop the credit card market healthily in our country. After the economic crisis, the export, as one of the "troika", began to face serious problems, at the same time, The government expands the investment this one measure also has the serious limitation and the unsustainability. Against this background, the economic lever, as the basic means of national macro-control, plays an important role in promoting China's economic growth. Since the reform of economic system, credit leverage, one of the three economic levers, has received great attention. Credit card, as a new financial product, has the function of consumer credit, which has become an effective carrier of credit leverage, effectively maintains the balance of China's total economic volume, and at the same time, promotes the rapid development of China's economy. This paper first introduces the credit card and its two functions in detail, then expounds its function of electronic money from the angle of Marxist monetary theory, and at the same time, analyzes its function of consumer credit from the angle of western consumption theory. The purpose is to discuss the importance of the healthy development of credit card to the economic growth from the scientific point of view, and to play a positive auxiliary role in the national macro-control. At the same time, using a large number of data to analyze the development of the credit card market in China, the development of the current situation and in expanding the total amount of domestic investment and in improving the level of national consumption achieved. Through the comprehensive and detailed analysis of the development direction of credit card in China, many problems in the credit card market are becoming more and more obvious at this stage. The low penetration rate of credit cards, the high percentage of sleep cards that waste a lot of bank costs, the poor profitability of the credit card market, the false economic boom caused by illegal cash transfers, and the impact of bad credit card loans on the banking and financial system. The five major problems affect each other and restrict the further development of credit card in our country. This paper deeply analyzes the problems in the credit card market in China, and points out that the main reasons for the problems are: the restriction of Chinese consumption culture, the over-concentration of credit card issuing target groups, the restriction of credit card consumption environment. Bank internal risk prevention system is not perfect and the bank audit agencies control is not strict. According to the existing problems, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, that is, the government, the bank and the whole credit card marketing market should start from three aspects to seek the way to promote the healthy development of the credit card market in our country. It shows that the government should guide the credit card industry, the bank should strengthen the internal construction, and the credit card marketing market should be further standardized. This paper relies on Marxist monetary theory and western consumption theory, relies on "Blue Book on the Development of China's Credit Card Industry", "China Credit Card report 2012", "General operating situation of payment system in the fourth quarter of 2013". The use of data analysis provides a strong data support for the study. On the basis of previous studies, this paper improves the relevant research on the healthy development of credit card market in China, which makes the model richer and more concrete, and the research more logical. At the same time, for the first time, this paper integrates the research data of nearly 10 years of credit card development, from the credit card issuance volume, the market share of each card issuer, the number of cards held per capita, the average consumption of the card. This paper analyzes the current situation of credit card market in China from the perspective of card holder age ratio and credit card acceptance environment. Finally, the paper clarifies that the healthy development of the credit card market in our country can not be separated from the macro-control of the country, the full cooperation of the bank and the rational use of the individual.
