【摘要】：貨幣供給內(nèi)生性與外生性問(wèn)題既是一個(gè)重要的理論問(wèn)題，也是一個(gè)重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題，這一問(wèn)題直接關(guān)系到貨幣政策的選擇和貨幣政策的有效性問(wèn)題。二次世界大戰(zhàn)以后，以凱恩斯主義和弗里德曼的貨幣主義為代表主張的貨幣供給外生性論一直被認(rèn)為是主流經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)觀點(diǎn)，而我國(guó)大多數(shù)學(xué)者認(rèn)為我國(guó)在基礎(chǔ)貨幣方面持續(xù)過(guò)高的外匯占款使得我國(guó)貨幣供給呈現(xiàn)出內(nèi)生性的特征。不管是國(guó)內(nèi)還是國(guó)外學(xué)者，他們?cè)谘芯控泿殴┙o性質(zhì)的時(shí)候一般是從基礎(chǔ)貨幣或者貨幣乘數(shù)的某一方面來(lái)分析貨幣供給的性質(zhì)，并沒(méi)有完全否認(rèn)貨幣供給同時(shí)具有內(nèi)生性與外生性。 本文根據(jù)貨幣供應(yīng)量的基本公式將貨幣供給分為基礎(chǔ)貨幣和貨幣乘數(shù)兩個(gè)方面，對(duì)各個(gè)方面的影響因素進(jìn)行了理論分析，再通過(guò)考察我國(guó)2005年1月—2013年12月的央行統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)后，提出我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段貨幣供給在基礎(chǔ)貨幣方面存在內(nèi)生性，，在貨幣乘數(shù)方面存在外生性，即我國(guó)的貨幣供給具有內(nèi)外共生性，而總體上呈現(xiàn)強(qiáng)內(nèi)生、弱外生的特點(diǎn)。根據(jù)這個(gè)結(jié)論本文提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議來(lái)提高我國(guó)貨幣政策的有效性。
[Abstract]:The problem of endogenous and exogenous money supply is not only an important theoretical problem, but also an important practical problem, which is directly related to the choice of monetary policy and the effectiveness of monetary policy.After World War II, the externalism of money supply, represented by Keynesianism and Friedman's monetarism, was always regarded as the mainstream economic view.However, most Chinese scholars believe that our country's monetary supply is endogenetic because of its persistent excessive foreign currency occupation.Whether domestic or foreign scholars, when they study the nature of money supply, they generally analyze the nature of money supply from one aspect of the basic money or money multiplier.There is no complete denial that money supply has both endogenous and exogenous nature.In this paper, according to the basic formula of money supply, the money supply is divided into two aspects: basic money and money multiplier, and the influencing factors of each aspect are analyzed theoretically.After reviewing the central bank statistics from January 2005 to December 2013, the paper points out that the money supply in China is endogenous in the basic money supply and exogenously in the monetary multiplier at the present stage.That is, the money supply of our country has internal and external symbiosis, and generally presents the characteristics of strong endogenous and weak exogenous.According to this conclusion, this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions to improve the effectiveness of our monetary policy.
