【摘要】:本文主要研究我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行分支行高管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力模型,采用改進(jìn)的德?tīng)柗品?首先通過(guò)咨詢專(zhuān)家顧問(wèn)組并參考其他同類(lèi)研究所使用的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力能力要素與能力輸出以形成本研究所采用的改進(jìn)的德?tīng)柗品ǖ恼{(diào)查問(wèn)卷表。通過(guò)以問(wèn)卷調(diào)查為主,電話等形式訪談為輔的調(diào)查,在最終取得各項(xiàng)能力要素以及輸出的收斂之后,結(jié)合參與德?tīng)柗品▎?wèn)卷調(diào)查的商業(yè)銀行分支行高管的工作經(jīng)歷、教育背景、其所在銀行從事各業(yè)務(wù)的情況,采用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)的方法,進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,試圖找到我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行分支行高管應(yīng)該具備哪些關(guān)鍵能力要素與能力輸出,各能力要素對(duì)商業(yè)銀行分支行高管工作績(jī)效的影響效果,通過(guò)借鑒其他行業(yè)以及相關(guān)各主要理論的對(duì)比研究,同時(shí)結(jié)合簡(jiǎn)單化等原則,探討針對(duì)商業(yè)銀行高管的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力模型,得出對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的分支行高管來(lái)說(shuō),行政管理能力以及交流能力是最重要的兩方面能力,理念的各項(xiàng)輸出為最重要的輸出。論文還根據(jù)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的具體情況提出了關(guān)于我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行分支行高管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力提高與發(fā)展方法的政策建議。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the executive leadership model of China's commercial banks, using the improved Delphi method.First of all, by consulting expert consultants and referring to the leadership ability factors and ability output used by other similar research institutes, the improved Delphi questionnaire is formed in this study.Through the questionnaire survey, telephone and other forms of interviews as a supplementary survey, after finally obtaining the convergence of the various elements of competence and output, combined with the Delphi questionnaire survey of commercial bank branch executives' work experience, educational background,In order to find out the key ability factors and ability output of the senior executives of commercial banks in China, this paper adopts the method of mathematical statistics to analyze the situation of the banks in which they are engaged in all kinds of business.The effect of each capability factor on the performance of commercial bank executives, through the comparative study of other industries and related main theories, combined with simplification and other principles, this paper discusses the leadership model for commercial bank executives.It is concluded that the ability of administration and communication are the two most important abilities for the senior executives of commercial banks in China, and the output of ideas is the most important output.According to the specific situation of commercial banks in China, the paper also puts forward some policy suggestions on how to improve and develop the leadership of senior executives in the branches of Chinese commercial banks.
