【摘要】：金融危機(jī)的爆發(fā)及其后續(xù)影響,使貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義在全球范圍內(nèi)重新盛行,給我國對外經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來了不利影響和重大挑戰(zhàn)。目前,國際投資環(huán)境優(yōu)良,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定增長,政府為我國企業(yè)對外投資提供了很多優(yōu)惠政策和條件,我國已經(jīng)發(fā)展了一批在國際市場上具有競爭力的企業(yè),為我國實(shí)施以投資替代貿(mào)易的戰(zhàn)略提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)后盾,以投資替代貿(mào)易對我國一些有競爭力的企業(yè)來說,具有較強(qiáng)的可行性。為更好地實(shí)施對外直接投資戰(zhàn)略,需要綜合考慮投資的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇、區(qū)位選擇和主體選擇。政府應(yīng)更好地引導(dǎo)企業(yè)制定相關(guān)投資戰(zhàn)略,為企業(yè)走出去提供制度支持、資金支持及人才支持;各企業(yè)應(yīng)根據(jù)所投資地區(qū)的地理及文化特點(diǎn),考慮所在產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢及劣勢,利用自身競爭力實(shí)施對外直接投資。
[Abstract]:The outbreak of the financial crisis and its aftermath, the trade protectionism prevailing in the global scope, adverse effects and major challenges to China's foreign economy. At present, the international investment environment is excellent, sustained and stable growth of Chinese economy, government for Chinese enterprises foreign investment provides many preferential policies and conditions, China has the development of a group is competitive in the international market of the enterprise, to provide a solid backing for the implementation of the strategy of China's investment in alternative trade, investment in alternative trade on China's competitive enterprises, with strong feasibility. For better implementation of the strategy of foreign direct investment, need to consider the investment industry choice. Location selection and choice of subject. The government should guide the enterprises to formulate relevant investment strategy for enterprises going out to provide system support, financial support and personnel support enterprises; We should consider the advantages and disadvantages of the industry in accordance with the geographical and cultural characteristics of the area in which it is invested, and make use of its own competitiveness to implement direct foreign investment.
