【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展,加大的農(nóng)村經(jīng)營體制改革力度促使國家出臺了一系列減負(fù)增收的措施,這使農(nóng)村居民的收入不斷增加,農(nóng)民手中掌握的金融資本也不斷增加,但大部分農(nóng)村儲蓄市場卻處于一片空白狀態(tài),傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)村銀行機(jī)構(gòu)的經(jīng)營成本偏高,嚴(yán)重阻礙銀行進(jìn)入農(nóng)村儲蓄市場。本文結(jié)合阜新銀行自身發(fā)展趨勢和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),提出了農(nóng)村存取款POS網(wǎng)點(diǎn)建設(shè)項目的初步調(diào)研構(gòu)想。本文主要分四大部分,第一部分就阜新銀行當(dāng)前的所遇到的問題,提出了農(nóng)村銀行POS項目市場調(diào)研需求,第二部分,對阜新銀行農(nóng)村銀行POS項目市場需求進(jìn)行調(diào)查設(shè)計與實施,第三部分,對阜新銀行農(nóng)村銀行POS項目市場需求的調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行了描述性分析以及回歸分析,第四部分,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,對阜新地區(qū)農(nóng)村銀行的市場規(guī)模做出了準(zhǔn)確的判斷,找出了阜新地區(qū)農(nóng)村銀行的特點(diǎn)及需求滿足的難點(diǎn),并對此做出了建設(shè)性建議：首先,為了提高儲戶的儲蓄滿意度,網(wǎng)點(diǎn)應(yīng)該選擇在儲戶到達(dá)該網(wǎng)點(diǎn)時間最少的位置；其次,為了提高儲戶的儲蓄的便利性,要適當(dāng)增加營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的數(shù)量；第三,要首先吸引一部分村民使用POS機(jī)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行儲蓄,由于人都有從眾心理,這樣做會有越來越多的村民愿意使用POS機(jī)進(jìn)行儲蓄。
[Abstract]:With the sustained and rapid development of the Chinese economy, the intensified reform of the rural management system has prompted the state to introduce a series of measures to reduce the burden and increase the income, which has made the income of the rural residents keep increasing and the financial capital in the hands of the peasants constantly increasing.However, most of the rural savings market is in a blank state, the operating cost of the traditional rural banking institutions is on the high side, which seriously hinders the banks from entering the rural savings market.Based on the development trend, advantages and disadvantages of Fuxin Bank, this paper puts forward a preliminary research conception of rural deposit and withdrawal POS network construction project.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part puts forward the market research demand of POS project in rural bank on the basis of the current problems encountered by Fuxin Bank. The second part investigates and designs and implements the market demand of POS project in Rural Bank of Fuxin Bank.In the third part, the author makes a descriptive analysis and regression analysis on the market demand of POS project in rural bank of Fuxin Bank. The fourth part, according to the analysis results, makes an accurate judgment on the market scale of rural bank in Fuxin area.This paper finds out the characteristics of rural banks in Fuxin area and the difficulties in meeting the demand, and makes constructive suggestions: first, in order to improve the savers' satisfaction degree of savings, the network should choose the position where the depositors reach the node in the least time; secondly,In order to improve the convenience of depositors' savings, we should appropriately increase the number of business outlets. Third, we should first attract some villagers to use POS machines to save their savings, because people have a mentality of following the crowd.In doing so, more and more villagers will be willing to use the POS machine to save.
