【摘要】：以我國創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司2009～2011年的數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,考察我國創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司融資結構的內(nèi)部影響因素,通過因子分析和多元回歸分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)影響我國創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司融資結構的主要因素包括償債能力、企業(yè)規(guī)模、盈利能力、企業(yè)成長性和營運能力。實證結果表明,創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司的規(guī)模與融資結構之間呈顯著的正相關關系,償債能力與融資結構之間呈顯著負相關,企業(yè)的盈利能力與融資結構之間呈顯著負相關,企業(yè)成長性與融資結構之間呈顯著的正相關關系,企業(yè)的償債能力對融資結構影響最大,營運能力對融資結構影響較復雜,創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司的抵押價值與融資結構無顯著相關性。實證分析發(fā)現(xiàn),對于創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司來說,影響融資結構的首要因素為企業(yè)償債能力,創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司的償債能力對融資結構的影響最為穩(wěn)定也最大,其次為企業(yè)規(guī)模、盈利能力、企業(yè)成長性和營運能力。創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司應該根據(jù)影響因素,調(diào)整融資結構,降低融資成本,實現(xiàn)融資結構的優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:2009~2011 years of China's Listed Companies in gem data as the sample, study the internal influence factors of financing structure of listed companies on GEM, through factor analysis and multiple regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting the financing structure of China's GEM listed companies including solvency, firm size, profitability, growth and operation ability enterprise. The empirical results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the scale and the financing structure of listed companies on GEM, between solvency and capital structure had a significant negative correlation between corporate profitability and financial structure showed a significant negative correlation, a significant positive correlation between corporate growth and financing structure of enterprises solvency is the greatest impact on the financing structure, affect the operation ability of financing structure is complex, and the collateral value of the financing structure of listed companies on GEM no significant correlation. The empirical analysis shows that the GEM listed companies, the main factors to affect the financing structure of the enterprise solvency, the most stable is also the largest for companies listed on gem of the solvency of the financing structure, followed by firm size, profitability, growth and operation ability of the enterprise. The GEM listed companies should according to the influence factors. Adjust the financing structure, reduce financing costs, optimize the financing structure.
