【摘要】:1996年6月,中國銀行率先憑借國際互聯(lián)網向公眾提供金融業(yè)務服務,成為國內首家在互聯(lián)網上擁有自己網站的商業(yè)銀行,我國網上銀行發(fā)展的歷程由此拉開序幕。近二十年來,我國網銀經歷了萌芽、起步、發(fā)展、成熟四個階段,從開發(fā)探索到逐步健全完善,網上銀行這一高效便捷的金融服務模式正在不斷深入日常工作生活的每一個細節(jié)。隨著信息時代的到來,中國網民數量的迅速增長,網絡的普及,網上銀行這一全球性銀行業(yè)務發(fā)展趨勢必將成為我國銀行業(yè)謀求發(fā)展的一條主要途徑。但是由于我國網上銀行相對于其他發(fā)達國家起步較晚、發(fā)展時間較短、制度體系不完備及應對措施尚不合理等問題依然存在,這使得其運營效率貢獻率不夠理想,仍然存在較大的發(fā)展空間。針對我國當前網上銀行效率偏低,不能滿足我國經濟快速發(fā)展過程中對于網絡信息技術支撐下的高效便捷金融服務的需求,網上銀行的運營效率研究已經成為關系到銀行業(yè)健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的核心課題。提高網上銀行運營效率,有利于優(yōu)化促進金融資源的合理配置,有利于提升我國銀行業(yè)的服務能力,有利于提高網上銀行的利潤率,增強我國網上銀行的國際競爭力。 本文選取國內14家重點商業(yè)銀行為研究對象,使用截至2012年底銀行各項數據,評價分析其網上銀行運營的投入產出相對效率。首先,通過因子分析降低變量的維度,提取具有實際意義的投入能力因子和業(yè)務服務能力;然后,運用數據包絡分析法,測評我國網上銀行目前的整體運營效率和各家銀行的效率值,實證分析表明,網上銀行的投入和產出比的現(xiàn)狀距離最優(yōu)狀態(tài)仍然有一定差距,為了更好地理解造成這一差距的原因,找出實際運營過程中可能出現(xiàn)的問題不足,定性分析影響我國網上銀行效率的因素。在實證分析的基礎上,本文分為宏觀和微觀兩個大方面探索分析了影響我國網上銀行效率的相關因素,這部分的分析不僅具有重要的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義,而且有助于為提高網上銀行提高運營效率制定相應的對策措施。文中最后一章,借鑒國外發(fā)達國家網上銀行發(fā)展的先進經驗,提出健全法律法規(guī)和監(jiān)管措施,提供制度、保障網絡平臺建設和加強風險管理、創(chuàng)新服務和業(yè)務三項政策建議。
[Abstract]:In June 1996, the Bank of China took the lead in providing financial services to the public on the Internet and became the first commercial bank in China to have its own website on the Internet.In the past two decades, China's network silver has experienced four stages: germination, start, development and maturity, from exploration to gradual perfection.Online banking, an efficient and convenient mode of financial services, is going deep into every detail of daily working life.With the arrival of the information age, the rapid growth of the number of Chinese Internet users and the popularization of the network, the development trend of the global banking business is bound to become a main way for the development of China's banking industry.However, due to the problems such as late start, short development time, imperfect system and unreasonable countermeasures, the contribution rate of operation efficiency is not ideal.There is still greater room for development.In view of the current low efficiency of online banking in China, it can not meet the needs of efficient and convenient financial services supported by network information technology in the process of rapid economic development in China.The study of the operational efficiency of online banking has become a core issue related to the healthy and stable development of the banking industry.Improving the operational efficiency of online banking is beneficial to optimize and promote the rational allocation of financial resources, to promote the service ability of our banking industry, to improve the profit margin of online banks and to enhance the international competitiveness of our country's online banks.In this paper, 14 domestic key commercial banks are selected as the research objects, and the input-output efficiency of their online banking operations is evaluated and analyzed by using the bank data up to the end of 2012.Firstly, the dimension of variables is reduced by factor analysis, and the input capacity factor and business service ability are extracted. Then, the data envelopment analysis method is used.In this paper, the overall operational efficiency and efficiency of each bank are evaluated. The empirical analysis shows that there is still a certain gap between the input and output ratio of the Internet bank and the optimal state.In order to better understand the causes of this gap, to find out the possible problems in the actual operation process, qualitative analysis of the factors affecting the efficiency of online banking in China.On the basis of empirical analysis, this paper explores and analyzes the relevant factors that affect the efficiency of online banking in China from macro and micro aspects, which not only have important theoretical value and practical significance.Moreover, it is helpful to make corresponding countermeasures for improving the efficiency of online banking.In the last chapter, the author draws lessons from the advanced experience of internet banking in developed countries, and puts forward three policy suggestions: perfecting laws, regulations and supervision measures, providing system, ensuring the construction of network platform and strengthening risk management, innovating service and business.
