【摘要】：家庭農(nóng)場作為推動農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要組織形式之一。適度規(guī)模的家庭農(nóng)場顯示出巨大的優(yōu)越性：適度規(guī)模便于調(diào)整布局；勞動生產(chǎn)率高；大規(guī)模的生產(chǎn)易形成高的商品率,農(nóng)民收益多,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益好。家庭農(nóng)場在湖南省起步較晚但發(fā)展迅速,各地農(nóng)民的積極性被充分調(diào)動起來,呈現(xiàn)出一派欣欣向榮的景象。但相應(yīng)的問題也隨著家庭農(nóng)場的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展不斷出現(xiàn)。其中關(guān)系著家庭農(nóng)場的生存發(fā)展的當(dāng)屬金融支持缺位問題。金融支持缺位的問題,使得金融體系整體功能被削弱,金融服務(wù)難以滿足家庭農(nóng)場的發(fā)展需求,進(jìn)而影響農(nóng)民收入的增長。 文章按照提出問題、分析問題、解決問題的思路組織全文。提出了湖南省家庭農(nóng)場發(fā)展中的問題；對湖南家庭農(nóng)場金融支持的基本情況做了具體介紹。通過對近幾年湖南農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)總值、家庭農(nóng)場數(shù)量和規(guī)模等數(shù)據(jù)的分析,全面了解了湖南省家庭農(nóng)場的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r并分析了湖南家庭農(nóng)場金融支持缺位的問題；結(jié)合國內(nèi)外發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)金融支持家庭農(nóng)場發(fā)展的做法與經(jīng)驗,探討針對湖南省金融支持的對策。家庭農(nóng)場與市場緊密相連,土地的流轉(zhuǎn)、機(jī)械化設(shè)備的購置、生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的引進(jìn)都少不了資金支撐,為保持家庭農(nóng)場經(jīng)營形式的靈活性,金融體系的建設(shè)是必不可少的。
[Abstract]:Family farms as an important form of organization to promote the development of agriculture.Moderate scale family farm shows great superiority: moderate scale is convenient to adjust layout, labor productivity is high, large scale production is easy to form high commodity rate, farmers' income is much, and economic benefit is good.Family farms in Hunan Province started late but developed rapidly, and the enthusiasm of farmers was fully aroused, showing a thriving scene.But the corresponding problem also along with the family farm further development appears unceasingly.Among them, the lack of financial support is related to the survival and development of family farms.The lack of financial support weakens the overall function of the financial system and makes the financial services difficult to meet the development needs of family farms, thus affecting the growth of farmers' income.The article organizes the full text according to the idea of asking questions, analyzing problems and solving problems.This paper puts forward the problems in the development of family farm in Hunan province, and introduces the basic situation of financial support of family farm in Hunan province.By analyzing the total value of agricultural economy, the number and scale of family farms in Hunan Province in recent years, the development of family farms in Hunan Province and the lack of financial support for family farms in Hunan Province are analyzed.Based on the practice and experience of financial support family farm development in developed regions at home and abroad, this paper discusses the countermeasures of financial support in Hunan Province.The family farm is closely connected with the market, the transfer of land, the purchase of mechanized equipment and the introduction of production technology can not be without capital support. In order to maintain the flexibility of the family farm management form, the construction of financial system is essential.
