G商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)對利率市場化的策略研究

【摘要】:利率不僅是金融產(chǎn)品的價格,更是金融市場的主導(dǎo)因素。對于銀行業(yè)領(lǐng)域而言,利率的市場化堪稱是一場重大的變革。它在對商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)生深遠與廣泛的影響的同時,也為商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展帶來了前所未有的機遇與風(fēng)險。商業(yè)銀行對于利率市場化的重視程度與應(yīng)對策略,也在極大程度上影響和制約了銀行的長遠發(fā)展。我國仍是政府主導(dǎo)利率的變動,尚未完全實現(xiàn)利率市場化,因此利率市場化可能帶來的風(fēng)險可能就會被忽視。在利率市場化已經(jīng)成為大勢所趨的當(dāng)下,隨著政府對利率管制的不斷放松,我國銀行利率的波動性會慢慢加強,商業(yè)銀行如何應(yīng)對利率市場化是我們研究的重點。 現(xiàn)代化的商業(yè)銀行不僅是一個具有綜合性的多功能金融企業(yè),更是金融機構(gòu)的重要組成部分之一。如何做好利率市場化應(yīng)對工作,及時地調(diào)整商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營思路與經(jīng)營策略,繼續(xù)保證商業(yè)銀行在我國現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟體制改革中的主導(dǎo)地位,充分發(fā)揮其金融調(diào)控作用,是我國商業(yè)銀行所要面臨的新課題。面對我國利率市場化改革的不斷深入,利率市場化進程的不斷加深以及各商業(yè)銀行之間的競爭不斷激烈的現(xiàn)狀,G商業(yè)銀行如何根據(jù)實際情況應(yīng)對利率市場化對,對于G商業(yè)銀行的生存與發(fā)展都至關(guān)重要。 本文在對利率市場化的研究現(xiàn)狀、利率市場化的內(nèi)涵和特點以及我國利率市場化發(fā)展歷程及趨勢進行簡要敘述的基礎(chǔ)上,以G商業(yè)銀行為例,對G商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀、經(jīng)營主要問題、在利率市場化中的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)進行詳盡分析的前提下,借助美國等發(fā)達經(jīng)濟體以及臺灣地區(qū)等新興經(jīng)濟體利率市場化歷程的經(jīng)驗,對G商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)對利率市場化提出了建立科學(xué)的定價機制、加快產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新和組合等策略,以期為促進G商業(yè)銀行在我國利率市場化改革中的發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:The interest rate is not only the price of financial products, is the dominant factor of the financial market. For the banking sector, the interest rate market is a major change. It have far-reaching and extensive on the commercial bank at the same time, also has brought unprecedented opportunities and risks for the development of commercial banks. The commercial bank for the degree of attention and coping strategies of interest rate liberalization, influence and restrict the long-term development of the bank is to a great extent. Our country is still dominated by the government interest rate changes, not yet fully realized the interest rate market, the interest rate market risk may be neglected. In the interest rate market has become represent the general trend. Now, with the government on the interest rate to relax, the volatility of bank interest rate in China will gradually strengthen, the commercial banks how to deal with the interest rate market is the focus of our study.
Modern commercial banks not only is a comprehensive and multi-functional financial enterprises, it is one of the important part of the financial institutions. How to do the work to deal with the interest rate market, business ideas and business strategy for commercial banks to adjust timely, to guarantee the dominant position of commercial banks in the reform of China's modern economic system, fully play the role of financial regulation, is a new topic of China's commercial banks will face. In the face of China's market-oriented interest rate reform, the situation between the deepening of interest rate marketization and the fierce competition in the commercial bank, G commercial bank according to the actual situation to deal with the interest rate market, are essential for the survival and development of commercial bank G.
Based on the research status of the interest rate market, the basic connotation and characteristics of the interest rate market and interest rate liberalization in China development process and trend on the brief introduction to the G commercial bank as an example, on the management of G commercial bank, the main business premise, detailed analysis on the interest rate market opportunities in and the challenge, with interest rates in emerging market economies of the history of the United States and other developed economies as well as in Taiwan's experience, to deal with the interest rate marketization of commercial bank G proposed the establishment of a scientific pricing mechanism, accelerate product innovation and combination strategy, in order to provide reference for promoting the development of G in the reform of China's commercial banks the interest rate in the market.
