【摘要】：我國(guó)自古以來(lái)就是一個(gè)地震多發(fā)國(guó)。地震對(duì)一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來(lái)的直接經(jīng)濟(jì)損失往往是巨大的,并會(huì)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)體產(chǎn)生多方面的、深遠(yuǎn)的影響。那么,地震對(duì)一些涉及經(jīng)濟(jì)類的指標(biāo),如外商直接投資(Foreign Direct Investment, FDI),是否會(huì)產(chǎn)生影響,以及會(huì)產(chǎn)生怎樣的影響,便是一個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)而有趣的話題。尤其是震后,政府往往會(huì)增加開支進(jìn)行災(zāi)后救助、重建等工作,這些行為是否也會(huì)影響FDI的流入,也值得思考。為探究地震對(duì)FDI的影響程度和政府在災(zāi)后恢復(fù)中的作用,本文采用面板數(shù)據(jù)分析方法,選取1991-2007全國(guó)29個(gè)省的地震統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)及其他歷史數(shù)據(jù),建立計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)模型,對(duì)地震、和其他因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,來(lái)探究對(duì)外商直接投資的影響；以期為震后的生產(chǎn)恢復(fù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:China has been an earthquake-prone country since ancient times.The direct economic losses caused by earthquakes to a country's economy are often enormous and will have many and far-reaching effects on the economy.So, whether and what impact the earthquake will have on some economy-related indicators, such as foreign direct investment (FDI) and foreign Direct investment (FDI), is a realistic and interesting topic.Especially after the earthquake, the government will often increase spending on post-disaster relief, reconstruction and other activities, these actions will also affect the inflow of FDI, it is also worth thinking.In order to study the influence degree of earthquake on FDI and the role of government in disaster recovery, this paper adopts panel data analysis method, selects the seismic statistics and other historical data of 29 provinces in 1991-2007, establishes econometric model, and sets up econometric model for earthquake.And other factors for empirical analysis to explore the impact of foreign direct investment, in order to provide a reference for the recovery of production and economic development after the earthquake.
