【摘要】：海峽兩岸創(chuàng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的比較分析表明,大陸與臺(tái)灣創(chuàng)投發(fā)展各具特色、各有優(yōu)劣,在新的形勢(shì)下兩岸創(chuàng)投在相互競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的同時(shí),更需要相互的交流與合作。然而,目前臺(tái)灣和大陸都還存在較多制約兩岸創(chuàng)投合作的因素,因此,應(yīng)采取積極的對(duì)策,促進(jìn)兩岸創(chuàng)投實(shí)現(xiàn)深層次合作。
[Abstract]:The comparative analysis of venture capital between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait shows that the development of venture capital in mainland China and Taiwan has its own characteristics and advantages and disadvantages. Under the new situation, the venture capital between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait needs to exchange and cooperate with each other while competing with each other.However, there are still many factors restricting the cooperation between the two sides of the straits. Therefore, we should take active countermeasures to promote the deep cooperation between the two sides of the straits.
