【摘要】：正自20世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái),以金融體系崩潰為特征的世界性經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)頻繁爆發(fā)。值得關(guān)注的是,為何出現(xiàn)了一些國(guó)家的財(cái)富向發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家金融壟斷集團(tuán)大規(guī)模轉(zhuǎn)移現(xiàn)象?這反映出當(dāng)代資本主義的資本積累方式(剝削掠奪方式)出現(xiàn)了何種新特征、新趨勢(shì)?本文著重回溯新自由主義理論和政策在過(guò)去數(shù)十年中興風(fēng)作浪、重塑?chē)?guó)際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)格局的歷史,分析新自由主義全球資本積累方式與國(guó)際金融危機(jī)之間的密切關(guān)系,以及反抗新自由主義及其剝奪性積累的全球左翼政治運(yùn)動(dòng)的特征和前景。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980 s, the world economic crisis characterized by the collapse of the financial system has erupted frequently.It is worth paying attention to why there is a large-scale transfer of wealth from some countries to financial monopoly groups in developed countries.This reflects the capital accumulation of contemporary capitalism (exploitation and plunder mode) what new characteristics and new trends?This paper focuses on the retrospect of neoliberal theories and policies in the past decades, reshaping the history of international political and economic patterns, and analyzing the close relationship between neoliberal global capital accumulation and international financial crisis.And the characteristics and prospects of the global left-wing political movement against neoliberalism and its accumulation of deprivation.
