【摘要】：在推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化的過(guò)程中,金融市場(chǎng)在資金籌集及資金配置方面發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用,是資金融通的重要渠道。那么如何更好的發(fā)揮金融市場(chǎng)功能,以服務(wù)于城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè),則具有重要的研究?jī)r(jià)值。目前天津的城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)已達(dá)到了很高的水平,但其過(guò)程中仍存在著諸多問(wèn)題,影響著城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的質(zhì)量。文章擬通過(guò)研究天津金融發(fā)展與城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議,為這些問(wèn)題的解決提供一個(gè)思路。文章采用理論與實(shí)證相結(jié)合的方式,分析了金融發(fā)展與新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的相關(guān)性。首先在理論方面,文章對(duì)先前文獻(xiàn)中有關(guān)金融發(fā)展與新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單梳理概括,提出了本文可能存在的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。然后對(duì)新型城鎮(zhèn)化、金融發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了概述。在以上的理論鋪墊之后,本文著重論述了兩者間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系：金融發(fā)展推動(dòng)了新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè),其中技術(shù)革新和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化是中心環(huán)節(jié)；新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展影響著金融發(fā)展,其中金融需求加劇是中心環(huán)節(jié)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,文章分析了天津新型城鎮(zhèn)化與金融協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀。其次在實(shí)證方面,文章選擇天津作為案例,搜集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行計(jì)量檢驗(yàn),分析天津新型城鎮(zhèn)化與金融相關(guān)率、金融貸款規(guī)模之間的關(guān)系。同時(shí),為了突出強(qiáng)調(diào)新型城鎮(zhèn)化的“新型”特征,文章又選擇了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)這一因變量,進(jìn)行實(shí)證。文章用實(shí)證證明了天津金融發(fā)展與天津新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的互動(dòng)關(guān)系,由實(shí)證結(jié)果得到了天津金融發(fā)展支持城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的不足,并進(jìn)行了原因分析。最后,文章就如何更好的發(fā)揮金融發(fā)展對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化的促進(jìn)作用給予了對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In the process of promoting urbanization, the financial market plays an important role in raising funds and allocating funds, and is an important channel for financing.So how to better play the function of financial market, in order to serve the construction of urbanization, it has important research value.At present, Tianjin's urbanization construction has reached a very high level, but there are still many problems in its process, which affect the quality of urbanization construction.Through the study of the internal relationship between Tianjin financial development and urbanization construction, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide a way of thinking for the solution of these problems.This paper analyzes the correlation between financial development and new urbanization construction by combining theory and practice.First of all, in theory, the paper summarizes the relationship between financial development and new urbanization in the previous literature, and puts forward the possible innovation points of this paper.Then the new urbanization, financial development of the relevant theory is summarized.After laying the groundwork above, this paper focuses on the interactive relationship between the two: the financial development promotes the construction of new urbanization, among which technological innovation and industrial structure optimization are the central link, the new urbanization development affects the financial development,Among them, the financial demand intensifies is the central link.On this basis, the article analyzes the current situation of Tianjin's new urbanization and financial coordinated development.Secondly, the paper chooses Tianjin as a case, collects relevant data, carries on the econometric test, analyzes the relationship between Tianjin's new urbanization and financial correlation rate, financial loan scale.At the same time, in order to emphasize the "new-type" characteristic of new-type urbanization, the article chooses the dependent variable of industrial structure optimization and upgrading to carry on the demonstration.This paper proves the interactive relationship between Tianjin's financial development and Tianjin's new-type urbanization by empirical evidence, and obtains the deficiency of Tianjin's financial development to support urbanization construction from the empirical results, and makes an analysis of the reasons.Finally, the article gives suggestions on how to play a better role in promoting urbanization.
