【摘要】：中國—東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的建立為中國對東盟的直接投資提供了新的機(jī)遇，在亞太地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)合作和對外交流不斷加深以及中國加快實施“走出去”發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的背景下，積極發(fā)展中國對東盟的直接投資有著重要意義。研究東盟經(jīng)濟(jì)社會各個層面的因素與中國對外投資之間的關(guān)系，已經(jīng)成為中國對東盟直接投資的重要課題之一。 本文旨在研究中國對東盟直接投資的影響因素。首先從總體概況、行業(yè)分布、國別狀況三個角度描述了中國對東盟直接投資的現(xiàn)狀和特征。然后闡述了中國在東盟發(fā)展對外直接投資的理論和現(xiàn)實動因，并從東道國的視角探討分析了影響中國對東盟直接投資的各主要因素。在實證分析方面，本文首先建立了中國對東盟直接投資影響因素的評價指標(biāo)體系，采用2009年的數(shù)據(jù)運用TOPSIS法進(jìn)行了靜態(tài)截面的統(tǒng)計分析，然后又選取2003-2009年的數(shù)據(jù)運用系統(tǒng)廣義矩估計的方法進(jìn)行了動態(tài)面板的計量分析。結(jié)果顯示：東盟各國吸引外商直接投資影響因素TOPSIS法的C* i值排名與中國對東盟直接投資的分布大體一致，東盟國家的政治法律環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、對外貿(mào)易水平和資源稟賦狀況對吸引中國對外直接投資的影響效用最為明顯。而且，東盟的資源稟賦、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和雙邊貿(mào)易額與中國在該地區(qū)的直接投資正相關(guān)，東盟國家的市場規(guī)模和政治穩(wěn)定程度與我國對該地區(qū)的對外直接投資密切相關(guān)，而其教育水平并不是重要影響因素。文章的最后提出了相關(guān)的政策建議，，以期更好地指導(dǎo)中國對東盟的直接投資。
[Abstract]:The establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area provides a new opportunity for China's direct investment in ASEAN. Under the background of the deepening economic cooperation and foreign exchanges in the Asia-Pacific region and the accelerated implementation of the "going global" development strategy by China,It is of great significance to actively develop China's direct investment in ASEAN.It has become one of the important topics of China's direct investment to ASEAN to study the relationship between the factors of each aspect of ASEAN economy and society and China's foreign investment.The purpose of this paper is to study the influencing factors of China's direct investment in ASEAN.Firstly, this paper describes the current situation and characteristics of China's direct investment in ASEAN from three angles: general situation, industry distribution and country situation.Then it expounds the theoretical and practical reasons of China's development of FDI in ASEAN, and analyzes the main factors that affect China's FDI in ASEAN from the perspective of host country.In the aspect of empirical analysis, this paper first establishes the evaluation index system of the influence factors of China's direct investment in ASEAN, and uses the data of 2009 to carry on the static section statistical analysis by using the TOPSIS method.Then, the data from 2003 to 2009 are analyzed by the method of generalized moment estimation.The results show that the influence factors of FDI in ASEAN countries are the C * of TOPSIS method.The ranking of I value is roughly consistent with the distribution of China's direct investment in ASEAN. The political and legal environment, the level of economic development, the level of foreign trade and the resource endowment of ASEAN countries have the most obvious effect on attracting China's foreign direct investment.Moreover, ASEAN's resource endowment, infrastructure and bilateral trade volume are positively related to China's direct investment in the region. The market size and political stability of ASEAN countries are closely related to China's foreign direct investment in the region.The level of education is not an important factor.At the end of the paper, some policy suggestions are put forward in order to better guide China's direct investment in ASEAN.
