【摘要】：目前,銀行業(yè)已成為我國金融體系的核心部分,在國民經濟體系中不可或缺,因而銀行業(yè)能否穩(wěn)健發(fā)展對于我國金融體系而言至關重要。傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)價值評估方法雖然可以用來評價企業(yè)是否值得投資,但并未考慮到企業(yè)進行投資時所產生的資金成本。經濟增加值,即EVA,可以反映出企業(yè)的凈利潤通過進行有關會計調整后超出其投資成本的部分,英文全稱為Economic Value Added。EVA對企業(yè)進行價值評估這一方法,不僅考慮到了企業(yè)的債務資本還考慮到了企業(yè)的權益資本,因此可以更為真實的體現出企業(yè)的經營成果,從而構建成一種科學的企業(yè)績效評價體系。所以,建行引入EVA價值管理體系,并進一步地健全和完善該體系,對建行以及我國商業(yè)銀行今后的發(fā)展至關重要。本文首先從國內、國外兩個角度對EVA的理論研究進行了綜述,并在此基礎上先后介紹了EVA相關理論基礎、EVA的計算以及其相對傳統(tǒng)指標的優(yōu)勢,然后,通過一個典型的建行對EVA價值管理體系的應用的施行案例說明了EVA價值管理體系應用于建行的必要性,并介紹了建行實施EVA價值管理的引入過程,同時也對建行在實施EVA價值管理的過程中所需要調整的主要項目進行了分析,并對建行在施行EVA價值管理的前后情況做出了對比分析。最后,通過建行應用EVA價值管理體系的案例研究分析,對我國商業(yè)銀行EVA績效考核評價體系的進一步完善提出了相應的對策與建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the banking industry has become the core part of China's financial system and is indispensable in the national economic system. Therefore, whether the banking industry can develop steadily is of great importance to the financial system of our country. Although the traditional enterprise value evaluation method can be used to evaluate whether the enterprise is worth investing, The economic added value, or EVA, can reflect the excess of the net profit of the enterprise over its investment cost through the relevant accounting adjustments. The Economic Value Added.EVA method not only considers the debt capital of the enterprise but also the equity capital of the enterprise, so it can reflect the management achievement of the enterprise more truthfully. Therefore, it is very important for CCB to introduce EVA value management system and perfect the system for the future development of CCB and commercial banks in China. This paper summarizes the theoretical research of EVA from two angles abroad, and then introduces the calculation of EVA and its advantages over traditional indexes. This paper illustrates the necessity of applying EVA value management system to CCB through a typical application case of EVA value management system, and introduces the introduction process of EVA value management in CCB. At the same time, it also analyzes the main items that need to be adjusted in the process of implementing EVA value management, and makes a comparative analysis on the situation of CCB before and after the implementation of EVA value management. Finally, Through the case study and analysis of China Construction Bank's application of EVA value management system, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the further improvement of the EVA performance appraisal system of commercial banks in China.
