【摘要】:處于經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型期的我國(guó),金融改革不斷深化,金融體系逐步健康繁榮,,商業(yè)銀行作為我國(guó)金融體系的核心支柱,其發(fā)展將影響整個(gè)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)。銀行的效率能夠反映出銀行自身的產(chǎn)出能力、資源的配置能力以及市場(chǎng)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,在推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)化,促進(jìn)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,改善民生等方面發(fā)揮積極作用。 近年來(lái)城市商業(yè)銀行在全面化解歷史風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,不斷提高經(jīng)營(yíng)管理水平并轉(zhuǎn)變業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展方式,大力推進(jìn)產(chǎn)品和科技的創(chuàng)新,其發(fā)展取得了顯著的成效,已成為金融發(fā)展中繼5大國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行、12家全國(guó)股份制銀行之后的第三大隊(duì)伍,是我國(guó)銀行系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。隨著資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力的提高,為應(yīng)對(duì)更加激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),以中小企業(yè)為主體客戶(hù)的城市商業(yè)銀行加快了改革創(chuàng)新的步伐:市場(chǎng)整合持續(xù)推進(jìn),越來(lái)越多的城市商業(yè)銀行獲得了跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)資格,通過(guò)設(shè)立異地分支機(jī)構(gòu)以期占據(jù)更大市場(chǎng)份額。銀行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,城市商業(yè)銀行面臨提高綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力以獲得可持續(xù)發(fā)展的生存壓力,對(duì)其效率的評(píng)價(jià)可以綜合體現(xiàn)銀行內(nèi)部管理水平、資源配置能力以及成本控制能力等方面的整體狀況,因此有效評(píng)價(jià)跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)是否對(duì)城市商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)層面的效率具有持續(xù)改善作用就顯得尤為必要。 本文從對(duì)銀行效率分析入手,對(duì)城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了回顧,總結(jié)出當(dāng)前城市商業(yè)銀行在跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)進(jìn)程的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,選取共41家國(guó)有、股份制和城市商業(yè)銀行作為研究樣本,以其2007-2012年間的經(jīng)營(yíng)情況作為研究?jī)?nèi)容,以存款作為各年度間的聯(lián)系變量,采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)DEA理論模型,測(cè)算出銀行各年的效率值,以此評(píng)價(jià)和分析各銀行的效率變化。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)有銀行、全國(guó)股份制銀行、城市商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)效率進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,探討影響我國(guó)銀行效率的因素所在,同時(shí)運(yùn)用Mann-Whitney非參數(shù)檢驗(yàn)對(duì)城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略能否有效改善經(jīng)營(yíng)效率進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)分析,研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域發(fā)展對(duì)銀行效率有一定的促進(jìn)作用,但也存在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)隱患,提出我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行在實(shí)施跨區(qū)域發(fā)展過(guò)程中避免盲目擴(kuò)張、實(shí)行差異化的跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)、完善風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制體系等相關(guān)建議,以促進(jìn)我國(guó)銀行業(yè)的改革與創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:In the period of economic transition, with the deepening of financial reform and the healthy and prosperous financial system, commercial banks are the core pillars of our financial system. Its development will affect the whole national economy. The efficiency of the bank can reflect the output ability of the bank itself, the allocation ability of the resources and the core competitiveness of the market, which can promote the structuralization of the economy and promote the coordinated development of the region. We will play an active role in improving the people's livelihood. In recent years, on the basis of comprehensively defusing historical risks, city commercial banks have continuously improved their management level, changed their business development mode, and vigorously promoted the innovation of products and science and technology. The development of urban commercial banks has achieved remarkable results. It has become the third largest group of 12 national joint-stock banks after the financial development relay 5 state-owned commercial banks. It is an important part of China's banking system. With the improvement of asset quality and risk management ability, In order to cope with the more fierce market competition, the city commercial banks with small and medium-sized enterprises as the main customers have quickened the pace of reform and innovation: market integration continues to advance, and more and more urban commercial banks have obtained cross-regional business qualifications. By setting up branches in other places in order to occupy a larger market share, urban commercial banks are facing the pressure of survival to improve their comprehensive competitiveness in order to achieve sustainable development, and the competition in the banking sector is becoming increasingly fierce. The evaluation of its efficiency can comprehensively reflect the overall situation of the bank's internal management level, resource allocation ability and cost control ability, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate whether cross-regional operation can improve the efficiency of urban commercial banks. Starting with the analysis of bank efficiency, this paper reviews the development course of cross-regional operation of urban commercial banks, summarizes the current development situation of urban commercial banks in the process of cross-regional operation, and selects 41 state-owned banks. Taking stock system and city commercial bank as the research sample, taking the operation of the bank from 2007 to 2012 as the research content, taking the deposit as the contact variable between the years, and adopting the network DEA theory model, the paper calculates the efficiency value of the bank in each year. By comparing and analyzing the operating efficiency of state-owned banks, national joint-stock banks and urban commercial banks, the paper discusses the factors that affect the efficiency of banks in China. At the same time, the Mann-Whitney non-parametric test is used to test and analyze whether the cross-regional development strategy of urban commercial banks can effectively improve the management efficiency, and the results show that the cross-regional development of urban commercial banks has a certain role in promoting the efficiency of banks. However, there are some hidden risks, such as avoiding blind expansion, implementing differentiated cross-regional management and perfecting risk control system in the process of implementing cross-regional development of urban commercial banks in China.
