【摘要】：2012年10月24日,中國國際經(jīng)濟交流中心舉行第40期"經(jīng)濟每月談",主題是"積極應(yīng)對國際沖擊,加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式"。中國銀行國際金融研究所副所長宗良對美國第三輪量化寬松貨幣政策(QE3)的背景、目標(biāo)、特點及影響進行了分析。他認為,QE3對美國經(jīng)濟利大于弊;對全球經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)生諸多負面影響;對中國經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)生巨大壓力,增加輸入性通脹的壓力,加大貨幣政策調(diào)控難度,我國外匯儲備資產(chǎn)面臨再度貶值,美國企業(yè)競爭力加強后,倒逼中國企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型。
