【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化的背景下,海洋金融支持海洋經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的作用日益顯著。全球各主要海洋金融中心都具有自身的特色。香港地區(qū)在港口、航運和相關(guān)專業(yè)服務(wù)上具有國際競爭力,新加坡政府主導(dǎo)的優(yōu)勢明顯,倫敦在海洋金融服務(wù)業(yè)上處于領(lǐng)先地位,挪威新興海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是海事經(jīng)濟金融發(fā)展的重要方向。在中國的海洋金融發(fā)展過程中,政府應(yīng)該加強對市場的引導(dǎo)作用,構(gòu)建海事產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,提升產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈附加值、深化產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的國際化程度,夯實海洋金融基礎(chǔ);重視風(fēng)險管理,為海洋金融構(gòu)建宏觀審慎與微觀監(jiān)管的制度基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In the context of economic globalization, the role of marine finance in supporting the development of marine economy is becoming increasingly prominent. Major marine financial centres in the world have their own characteristics. Hong Kong is internationally competitive in ports, shipping and related professional services. The advantages of the Singapore government are obvious, London is in the leading position in the marine financial service industry, and Norway's emerging marine industry cluster is an important direction in the development of maritime economy and finance. The government should strengthen the guiding role to the market, construct maritime industrial cluster, enhance the added value of industrial chain, deepen the internationalization of industrial chain, consolidate the foundation of marine finance, attach importance to risk management, To build the institutional basis of macro-prudential and micro-supervision for marine finance.
