南昌農(nóng)商銀行績效管理研究

【摘要】:績效管理是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)人力資源管理的重要組成部分,無論是企業(yè)經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)現(xiàn),還是企業(yè)管理現(xiàn)狀的改善,都需要建立完整科學(xué)的員工績效管理體系,商業(yè)銀行也不例外。隨著我國金融改革的不斷深入和金融體系的日趨完善,面對更加開放的市場和更加激烈的競爭,商業(yè)銀行必須切實(shí)加強(qiáng)績效管理,并在此基礎(chǔ)上形成有效的激勵(lì)約束機(jī)制,引導(dǎo)經(jīng)營行為,強(qiáng)化內(nèi)部管理,提升競爭能力,提高經(jīng)營效益,實(shí)現(xiàn)又好又快發(fā)展。 本文以《南昌農(nóng)商銀行績效管理研究》為題,以江西省首家改制組建的農(nóng)商銀行——南昌農(nóng)商銀行為研究對象,,運(yùn)用平衡計(jì)分卡(BSC)、目標(biāo)管理法(MBO)、關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)(KPI)、360°考核法等現(xiàn)代績效管理理論和方法,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料分析法、訪談研究法、問卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)例分析法、理論與實(shí)證相結(jié)合的方法等研究方法,對南昌農(nóng)商銀行績效管理體系進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。本文共分三個(gè)部分、七章。第一部分為導(dǎo)論和理論綜述部分,導(dǎo)論提出了研究的背景與意義、路徑與方法、創(chuàng)新與不足,理論綜述分析了績效、績效管理、績效管理方法等相關(guān)理論和銀行績效管理的目標(biāo)、特征及影響因素、方法;第二部分為南昌農(nóng)商銀行現(xiàn)行績效管理部分,介紹了南昌農(nóng)商銀行的基本情況及績效管理的現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)績效管理取得的成效,分析績效管理過程中存在的問題及產(chǎn)生原因;第三部分為南昌農(nóng)商銀行績效管理體系優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)部分,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代績效管理理論,結(jié)合南昌農(nóng)商銀行實(shí)際,優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)一整套符合該行實(shí)際的績效管理體系,提出績效管理體系具體實(shí)施的保障措施,并最終得出結(jié)論。 本文提出基于平衡計(jì)分卡并綜合運(yùn)用關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)、360°考核等績效管理理論的南昌農(nóng)商銀行績效管理體系,不僅有利于提升該行績效管理水平,更好地推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,同時(shí)對于其他農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行績效管理體系的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和改革創(chuàng)新,具有一定的理論指導(dǎo)意義和參考借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Performance management is an important part of modern enterprise human resource management. Whether it is the realization of enterprise management strategy or the improvement of enterprise management, it is necessary to establish a complete and scientific employee performance management system. Commercial banks are no exception. With the deepening of financial reform and the improvement of financial system, commercial banks must strengthen performance management in the face of more open market and more fierce competition. On this basis, an effective incentive and restraint mechanism is formed to guide the management behavior, strengthen the internal management, enhance the competitive ability, improve the management efficiency, and realize good and rapid development. This paper takes the performance Management of Nanchang Agricultural Commercial Bank as the subject, and takes Nanchang Agricultural Commercial Bank, the first agricultural and commercial bank in Jiangxi Province, as the research object. Using modern performance management theories and methods such as balanced scorecard (BSCC), objective management method (MBOA), key performance index (KPIX) 360 擄assessment method, and using literature analysis, interview research, questionnaire survey, case analysis, etc. This paper is divided into three parts, seven chapters. The first part is the introduction and the theoretical summary. The introduction puts forward the background and significance of the research, path and method, innovation and insufficiency. The theory summarizes and analyzes the related theories, such as performance, performance management, performance management methods, and the objectives, characteristics, influencing factors and methods of bank performance management. The second part is the current performance management part of Nanchang Agricultural and Commercial Bank. It introduces the basic situation of Nanchang Agricultural and Commercial Bank and the current situation of performance management, summarizes the achievements of performance management, and analyzes the existing problems and causes in the process of performance management. The third part is the optimization design of the performance management system of Nanchang Agricultural and Commercial Bank. Using the modern performance management theory and combining with the actual situation of Nanchang Agricultural and Commercial Bank, the author optimizes and designs a set of performance management system in line with the actual situation of the bank. Put forward the concrete implementation of performance management system safeguard measures, and finally come to a conclusion. This paper puts forward a performance management system of Nanchang Agricultural Commercial Bank based on balanced scorecard and comprehensive application of performance management theory such as key performance index, such as 360 擄appraisal, which is not only helpful to improve the performance management level of the bank, but also to promote the business development better. At the same time for other rural commercial banks performance management system optimization design and reform and innovation, has a certain theoretical guidance and reference significance.
