銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品收益率與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)景氣程度相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)借助于金融業(yè),金融業(yè)依賴于實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)。在我國(guó)的金融體系中,商業(yè)銀行的地位是不可比擬的。近幾年銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展迅猛,“高收益”理財(cái)產(chǎn)品頻頻出現(xiàn),理財(cái)市場(chǎng)的火爆和其收益率息息相關(guān),一方面理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的出現(xiàn)為消費(fèi)者提供了更為豐富的投資工具,理財(cái)產(chǎn)品收益率的高漲也增加了消費(fèi)者的財(cái)產(chǎn)性收益;另一方面,通過理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的發(fā)售,銀行獲得了資金,緩解了資金面緊張狀況,這看似一個(gè)雙贏局面。然而銀行理財(cái)資金到底流向了哪里?又是什么領(lǐng)域能承受如此高的回報(bào)?銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)景氣程度存在怎樣的關(guān)系?發(fā)行主體不同、產(chǎn)品運(yùn)作方式不同對(duì)理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的收益率又有怎樣的影響差異?這種關(guān)系和影響差異背后是否存在著什么本質(zhì)的現(xiàn)象和問題? 本文通過討論銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品收益率與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)景氣程度的關(guān)系,將實(shí)證得出的結(jié)果與銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況結(jié)合,并通過不同發(fā)行主體和不同產(chǎn)品運(yùn)作方式的影響差異分析,得出了以下結(jié)論:1.我國(guó)的銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)沒有與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相配套,理財(cái)產(chǎn)品更多是為金融機(jī)構(gòu)自身服務(wù);2.信息不規(guī)范的理財(cái)產(chǎn)品助長(zhǎng)了銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的“空轉(zhuǎn)”現(xiàn)象;3.中小商業(yè)銀行市場(chǎng)定位不清,理財(cái)產(chǎn)品有同質(zhì)化趨勢(shì)。并有針對(duì)性地提出了政策建議:1.加大力度規(guī)范銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng);2.改進(jìn)流動(dòng)性監(jiān)管機(jī)制;3引導(dǎo)銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品支持實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì);4.基于“實(shí)質(zhì)重于形式”原則,完善貨幣政策調(diào)查控機(jī)制;5.監(jiān)管層可以平衡不同發(fā)行主體的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the aid of the financial industry, the real economy depends on the real economy. In the financial system of our country, the position of commercial banks is incomparable. In recent years, the market of banking financial products has developed rapidly, and "high-yield" financial products have frequently appeared. The popularity of the financial management market is closely related to its rate of return. On the one hand, the appearance of financial products provides consumers with a richer investment tool, and the rising rate of return of financial products also increases the property returns of consumers; on the other hand, Through the sale of wealth management products, banks have access to funds, easing the capital tension, which seems to be a win-win situation. But where exactly did the bank wealth management funds flow? What area can afford such a high return? What is the relationship between the banking financial products market and the prosperity of the real economy? How does it affect the return rate of wealth management products? Is there any essential phenomenon and problem behind this relationship and influence difference? By discussing the relationship between the rate of return of banking financial products and the prosperity of the real economy, this paper combines the empirical results with the real situation of the banking financial products market. Based on the analysis of the influence of different issuers and different operating modes of products, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The market of banking financial products in China is not matched with the development of real economy. Financial products are more of a service to financial institutions. (2) Financial products with irregular information contribute to the "idle" phenomenon of banking financial products. 3. The market position of small and medium-sized commercial banks is not clear. Financial products have the trend of homogeneity. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions: 1. Step up efforts to standardize the market of banking financial products 2. Improve the liquidity supervision mechanism and guide banks to support the real economy. 4. Based on the essence. Emphasis on the principle of "form", Improve the monetary policy investigation and control mechanism. 5. Regulators can balance the development of different issuers.
