【摘要】：期貨在當(dāng)前的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)中,起著發(fā)現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)價(jià)格、規(guī)避市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的重要作用。也是各個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中必不可少的市場(chǎng)角色,期貨這兩大基本功能賦予了期貨市場(chǎng)具有經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)向標(biāo)的作用。期貨行業(yè)也是我國(guó)金融行業(yè)中非常重要的一個(gè)細(xì)分行業(yè)。YD期貨有限公司是我國(guó)成立最早的期貨公司,是一家以期貨經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)為主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)的期貨公司,經(jīng)過(guò)期貨市場(chǎng)二十多年的洗禮,成為了中國(guó)期貨市場(chǎng)中的龍頭企業(yè)。但是近兩年來(lái),隨著外部環(huán)境的不斷變化,期貨行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,市場(chǎng)環(huán)境也有了新的改變。YD期貨有限公司原有的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略僅僅停留在管理層的理念階段,并沒(méi)有系統(tǒng)的制定和實(shí)施,并且原有的戰(zhàn)略理念已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的快速發(fā)展。如果想在當(dāng)前飛速發(fā)展的期貨市場(chǎng)中求得生存和發(fā)展,就需要制定出適合企業(yè)自身發(fā)展需求的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,不斷提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。本文主要以YD期貨有限公司作為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理理論和分析方法對(duì)YD期貨有限公司進(jìn)行深入的分析與研究。首先,對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行研究與總結(jié),得出企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論等分析依據(jù)。其次,對(duì)YD期貨有限公司的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,通過(guò)對(duì)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的分析來(lái)明確YD期貨有限公司的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境總體情況。對(duì)YD期貨有限公司進(jìn)行SWOT分析,并對(duì)其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行分析。在對(duì)YD期貨有限公司綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)YD期貨有限公司的發(fā)展進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略選擇,繼而制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,并制定出發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的對(duì)策。本文重點(diǎn)研究了中國(guó)期貨行業(yè)的整體環(huán)境,在對(duì)期貨行業(yè)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)YD期貨有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究,并得出結(jié)論,這有助于管理者從宏觀面及行業(yè)發(fā)展上把握企業(yè)的發(fā)展方向。同時(shí)也為期貨行業(yè)中的其他機(jī)構(gòu)提供參考,有助于提高我國(guó)期貨行業(yè)的生存能力,對(duì)促進(jìn)期貨市場(chǎng)良性健康發(fā)展具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Futures play an important role in discovering market prices and avoiding market risks in the current market economy. They are also indispensable market roles in the economic development of various countries and regions. These two basic functions of futures give the futures market the role of economic vane. Futures industry is also a very important subdivision industry in the financial industry of our country. YD Futures Co., Ltd. is the earliest futures company established in our country. Is a futures company with futures brokerage business as its main business. After more than 20 years of baptism in the futures market, it has become a leading enterprise in China's futures market. However, in the last two years, with the continuous changes of the external environment, The competition in the futures industry is becoming more and more fierce, and the market environment has also changed. YD Futures Co., Ltd.'s original corporate strategy only stays at the stage of management concept, and there is no systematic formulation and implementation. If we want to survive and develop in the current rapid development of futures market, we need to formulate a development strategy suitable for the development needs of enterprises themselves, and the original strategic concept can no longer adapt to the rapid development of the market. Constantly improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, in the market competition in an invincible position. This paper mainly take YD Futures Co., Ltd as the research object, Using the strategic management theory and the analysis method to carry on the thorough analysis and the research to the YD futures limited company. First, carries on the research and the summary to the enterprise strategic management correlation theory, obtains the enterprise strategic management theory and so on the analysis basis. Secondly, This paper analyzes the strategic environment of YD Futures Co., Ltd., through the analysis of the internal and external environment to clarify the overall situation of the strategic environment of YD Futures Co., Ltd. SWOT analysis of YD Futures Co., Ltd. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of YD Futures Co., Ltd., the development of YD Futures Co., Ltd. This paper focuses on the overall environment of China's futures industry, studies the development strategy of YD Futures Co., Ltd on the basis of the research on the futures industry, and draws a conclusion. This will help managers grasp the development direction of enterprises from the macro aspect and industry development, and also provide reference for other institutions in the futures industry, and help to improve the viability of China's futures industry. It is of great significance to promote the healthy development of futures market.
