【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)金融已成為社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)問題,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)金融行業(yè)產(chǎn)生了強(qiáng)烈沖擊。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)金融大數(shù)據(jù)的二次增值、優(yōu)化內(nèi)部管理、客戶服務(wù)和支持產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,本文以價(jià)值鏈理論為指導(dǎo),通過分析金融大數(shù)據(jù)特征和延伸傳統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值鏈,構(gòu)建了基于金融大數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)的數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值鏈模型,建立了包括服務(wù)對(duì)象、服務(wù)內(nèi)容、服務(wù)模式、管理模式和服務(wù)質(zhì)量的服務(wù)體系來支持金融大數(shù)據(jù)超市的高質(zhì)量運(yùn)營(yíng)。最后,本文研究建立了金融大數(shù)據(jù)超市的架構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Big data finance has become a hot issue in the society, which has had a strong impact on the traditional financial industry. In order to realize the second increment of financial big data, optimize internal management, customer service and support product innovation, this paper is guided by the theory of value chain. By analyzing the characteristics of financial big data and extending the traditional data value chain, this paper constructs a data value chain model based on the network of financial big data value chain, and establishes the data value chain model including service object, service content and service mode. The management mode and service system of service quality support the high quality operation of financial big data supermarket.
