【摘要】：在我國,城市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展歷史雖然只有十幾年,但其成長迅速,已經(jīng)在銀行業(yè)中發(fā)揮了重要的作用。截至2012年5月,我國已經(jīng)有137家城市商業(yè)銀行和上萬個(gè)城市商業(yè)銀行的營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)。城市商業(yè)銀行在成立以后,通過深化改革、勇于開拓、尋求創(chuàng)新等途徑,在激烈的市場競爭中不斷地探索適合自己的發(fā)展道路,已經(jīng)取得了不錯(cuò)的成績。但是隨著利率市場化的推進(jìn),銀行業(yè)面臨的競爭日益劇烈,城市商業(yè)銀行要想在競爭中站穩(wěn)腳步,就要努力提高自身的競爭力,因此對城市商業(yè)銀行競爭力的研究就顯得尤為重要,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先介紹了城市商業(yè)銀行競爭力的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,接著界定了相關(guān)概念,包括競爭力、商業(yè)銀行競爭力和企業(yè)競爭力等；然后回顧了城市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展歷程和競爭力現(xiàn)狀；接著結(jié)合城市商業(yè)銀行的特點(diǎn)建立城市商業(yè)銀行競爭力評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系；然后以9家城市商業(yè)銀行、5家國有商業(yè)銀行和6家有代表性的股份制商業(yè)銀行為研究樣本,運(yùn)用因子分析法展開對我國城市商業(yè)銀行競爭力的實(shí)證研究,計(jì)算得出各銀行的綜合競爭力排名,并對城市商業(yè)銀行的競爭力進(jìn)行分析；最后,本文根據(jù)實(shí)證分析的結(jié)果,提出了提高我國城市商業(yè)銀行競爭力的建議。
[Abstract]:In China, although the development history of urban commercial banks is only more than ten years, it has grown rapidly and has played an important role in the banking industry. As of May 2012, There are already 137 city commercial banks and tens of thousands of city commercial banks operating outlets in China. After their establishment, urban commercial banks have been seeking ways to innovate through deepening reform, bravely opening up, and seeking innovation. In the fierce market competition, we have made good achievements in exploring the right way of development. However, with the development of interest rate marketization, the competition in the banking industry has become increasingly fierce. If the city commercial banks want to stand firm in the competition, they must strive to improve their own competitiveness, so the research on the competitiveness of the city commercial banks is particularly important and has important practical significance. This paper first introduces the domestic and international research status of the competitiveness of urban commercial banks, and then defines the relevant concepts, including competitiveness, commercial banks competitiveness and enterprise competitiveness. Then it reviews the development process and competitive status of the city commercial banks, and then establishes the evaluation index system of the city commercial banks' competitiveness according to the characteristics of the city commercial banks. Then, taking 9 city commercial banks and 5 state-owned commercial banks and 6 representative joint-stock commercial banks as the research samples, the empirical research on the competitiveness of China's urban commercial banks is carried out by using factor analysis method. Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the competitiveness of urban commercial banks in China.
