【摘要】：近年來,受我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展推動,第三方支付行業(yè)進入高速發(fā)展階段,又以銀行卡POS收單為主占據(jù)其中最大的交易份額。POS收單行業(yè)在未來巨大的發(fā)展空間,促使銀行及老牌支付公司不斷鞏固市場地位,新機構(gòu)也爭先進入,導(dǎo)致行業(yè)競爭日趨激烈。對于在POS收單行業(yè)的廣大中小企業(yè),如何在競爭中獲得長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,成為目前普遍關(guān)注的問題。因此,本文在研究對象上選取了在POS收單行業(yè)具有一定代表性的中小企業(yè)Z公司。在研究方法上把企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略制定與選擇的理論,運用到了Z公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實際研究中,并通過增長型戰(zhàn)略與戰(zhàn)略實施的相關(guān)理論,制定了Z公司增長型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實施舉措。在研究思路上由面到點,層層遞進,從Z公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析入手,進而對Z公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的分析與選擇,制定出適應(yīng)Z公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。其主要內(nèi)容歸納如下：首先,本文從宏觀上敘述了Z公司所在第三方支付及POS收單行業(yè)情況及主要問題,再對Z公司現(xiàn)狀進行了詳細(xì)概述和分析,從而推導(dǎo)出影響Z公司發(fā)展的核心問題在于發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定,提出了本文發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究課題。其次,本文通過EFE矩陣、IFE矩陣分析了Z公司的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,進而綜合SWOT分析法、GMS矩陣、GE矩陣提出了Z公司的備擇發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,最終通過QSPM矩陣確立了最適合Z公司的增長型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。最后,本文針對Z公司增長型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究結(jié)論,在對Z公司增長型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略定位明確的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了Z公司實施增長型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的模式、計劃和具體措施,以及實施增長型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的保障措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, driven by the economic development of our country, the third-party payment industry has entered the stage of high-speed development, and the largest transaction share is dominated by bank card POS. Banks and established payment companies have been urged to consolidate their market position and new institutions have been scrambling to enter the market, which has led to increasingly fierce competition in the industry. For the vast number of small and medium-sized enterprises in the POS receiving industry, how to achieve long-term development in the competition, Therefore, this paper selects Z Company, a small and medium-sized enterprise, which is representative in the POS receiving industry, to formulate and choose the enterprise strategy in the research method. Applying to the actual research of Z company's development strategy, and through the relevant theories of growth strategy and strategy implementation, the paper formulates the implementation measures of Z company's growth development strategy. Starting with the analysis of the internal and external environment of Z Company, and then analyzing and selecting the development strategy of Z Company, the author formulates the development strategy suitable for Z Company. The main contents are summarized as follows: first, This paper narrates the situation and main problems of the third party payment and POS receiving trade of Z company from the macroscopic angle, and then summarizes and analyzes the current situation of Z company in detail. Therefore, the core problem affecting Z Company's development is the formulation of development strategy, and the research topic of this paper is put forward. Secondly, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Z Company by using EFE matrix and IFE matrix. Then the alternative development strategy of Z Company is put forward by synthesizing the SWOT analysis method and the GE matrix. Finally, the growth strategy of Z Company is established through the QSPM matrix. Finally, the conclusion of the research on the growth strategy of Z Company is given in this paper. On the basis of the clear orientation of the growth development strategy of Z Company, this paper puts forward the mode, plan and concrete measures of implementing the growth type development strategy of Z Company, as well as the guarantee measures for the implementation of the growth type development strategy.
