互聯(lián)網(wǎng)下的商業(yè)銀行危機(jī)對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:本文希望通過借鑒西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家商業(yè)銀行危機(jī)管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國(guó)的國(guó)情,對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的危機(jī)管理進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)深入的研究,找出互聯(lián)網(wǎng)下,我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的危機(jī)管理的特征,分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)下商業(yè)銀行危機(jī)管理存在的問題,提出互聯(lián)網(wǎng)下我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的危機(jī)管理的對(duì)策和建議,為我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的內(nèi)部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供借鑒,防范于未然。從而為我國(guó)政府對(duì)商業(yè)銀行進(jìn)行危機(jī)管理提供方法,為我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的內(nèi)部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供借鑒。 全文共分為五個(gè)部分: 第一部分是前言。觀點(diǎn)是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)下的信息傳播,在速度上有了質(zhì)的飛越,在廣度上有了量的提高。我們獲取信息的途徑變得更方便、快捷、多元化。人們以網(wǎng)絡(luò)為載體同其他的人進(jìn)行交流和溝通,可以將自己的身份與特質(zhì)虛擬成一個(gè)絕對(duì)不同于現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中的人,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)下群體性事件也就具有不真實(shí)的虛擬成分,但它所影響的效果卻實(shí)際存在,讓我們必須正確面對(duì)它。媒體在人們?nèi)粘I钪械淖饔靡踩諠u突出。危機(jī)管理是指組織為應(yīng)付各種危機(jī)情況而進(jìn)行的信息收集、信息分析、問題決策、計(jì)劃制訂、措施制定、化解處理、動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)和自我診斷的全過程。它通過捕獲及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的信息為決策提供依據(jù),能更好控制危機(jī)的進(jìn)一步惡化。 第二部分主要介紹了商業(yè)銀行危機(jī)管理相關(guān)理論,提出了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行危機(jī)因素的分析,并闡述了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行危機(jī)管理存在的問題。進(jìn)一步說明了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行亟需解決這些問題,也就是加強(qiáng)商業(yè)銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的必要性。在這種背景下,要求領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者時(shí)刻樹立危機(jī)防范意識(shí),提高危機(jī)處理的能力。能夠在危機(jī)事件爆發(fā)時(shí)臨危不懼、從容應(yīng)對(duì),迅速啟動(dòng)應(yīng)急預(yù)案并能始終掌控全局,把危機(jī)有效地轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楣ぷ鞯霓D(zhuǎn)機(jī)。 第三部分是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)下商業(yè)銀行危機(jī)因素分析。主要闡明了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代商業(yè)銀行危機(jī)的傳播特征、危機(jī)生態(tài)理論與銀行可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境給銀行帶來的影響,使閱讀的人可以了解商業(yè)銀行危機(jī)的傳播具有哪些特征;全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的格局已經(jīng)形成,加快了我國(guó)銀行商業(yè)化的轉(zhuǎn)軌速度,加之外資銀行的進(jìn)入,以及民營(yíng)銀行的參與,整個(gè)金融業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出多元化的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局,促使國(guó)內(nèi)金融市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更加激烈。商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)能力和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力決定了商業(yè)銀行的成敗,能否盡快提高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平,降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)健康發(fā)展,是擺在商業(yè)銀行面前的-個(gè)嚴(yán)峻課題。 第四部分則是從改善商業(yè)銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的結(jié)構(gòu)入手,通過實(shí)證分析并根據(jù)前文提出的問題來逐步解決這些問題,在商業(yè)銀行的組織體系上進(jìn)行完善,并建立相應(yīng)的制度以及構(gòu)建基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,并針對(duì)本文所提出的問題探求解決問題的主要對(duì)策。 本文闡明了商業(yè)銀行危機(jī)管理的來源、危機(jī)管理系統(tǒng)框架以及危機(jī)管理所遵循的基本原則,說明商業(yè)銀行危機(jī)管理的結(jié)構(gòu);加強(qiáng)商業(yè)銀行危機(jī)管理的必要性;結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境特征,提出提高商業(yè)銀行危機(jī)管理認(rèn)識(shí),加強(qiáng)商業(yè)銀行危機(jī)防控能力,增強(qiáng)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行抗危機(jī)能力,加強(qiáng)商業(yè)銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,規(guī)范商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)上銀行發(fā)展等解決問題的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:This article hopes to learn from the crisis of western commercial bank management experience of developed countries, combined with China's national conditions, in-depth study of the system of crisis management of China's commercial banks, find out the Internet, the characteristics of crisis management of China's commercial banks, commercial banks in crisis management analysis under Internet problems, put forward countermeasures and suggestions the crisis management of China's commercial banks to the Internet, to provide a reference for the internal risk management of commercial banks in China, so as to provide preventive measures. Methods for our government crisis management of commercial banks, to provide a reference for the internal risk management of commercial banks in China.
The full text is divided into five parts:
The first part is the preface. The view is the dissemination of information under the Internet, the speed has been a qualitative leap, the amount of the increase in breadth. The way that we get information more convenient, fast and diversified. People take the network as the carrier to communicate with other people, the virtual identity and their qualities as an absolute different from the real life of people, the Internet group events has virtual components not true, but its effect is real, so we must face it correctly. Crisis management refers to the collection of information the organization, in order to cope with the various crisis situations of information analysis, decision-making, planning, formulate measures, resolve processing, dynamic adjustment, experience and self diagnosis of the whole process. It can capture timely and accurate information To provide a basis for decision-making and to better control the further deterioration of the crisis.
The second part mainly introduces crisis management theory of commercial banks, the analysis of China's commercial banking crisis factors, and expounds the existing crisis management problems of commercial banks in China. Further shows that China's commercial banks need to solve these problems, it is necessary to strengthen the risk management of commercial banks. In this context, the leader constantly raising the awareness of crisis prevention, improve the ability to deal with a crisis. To Linweibuju, in the event of a crisis erupted when take time for, quickly launched the emergency plan and can always control the situation, the crisis effectively into the work of the turnaround.
The third part is the analysis of factors of commercial bank crisis under the Internet. Mainly expounds the propagation characteristics of the Internet Era Commercial bank crisis, the crisis of ecological theory and sustainable development theory and the network bank brought to the bank, so that people can understand the reading spread of commercial bank crisis with what characteristics; the pattern of global economic integration has been formed. To speed up China's commercial banks in the transition speed, combined with the entry of foreign banks, and the participation of private banks, the financial industry presents a diversified pattern of competition, the domestic financial market more competitive. Commercial banks ability in operation and risk management of commercial bank determines the success or failure, can improve the level of risk management as soon as possible. To reduce the risk, to achieve healthy development, is placed in front of the commercial banks - a serious issue.
The fourth part is starting from the structure to improve the risk management of commercial banks, through the empirical analysis, and according to the above questions to gradually solve these problems, improve the commercial bank organization system, and set up a corresponding system and the construction of infrastructure, the main problems and seek countermeasures for this problem.
This paper expounds the source of crisis management in commercial banks, the crisis management system frame and basic principles of crisis management, crisis management shows the structure of commercial banks; the necessity to strengthen the crisis management of commercial banks; combined with the network environment, put forward to improve the commercial bank crisis management awareness, strengthening the commercial bank crisis prevention and control capacity, enhance China's the commercial bank anti crisis ability, strengthen the risk management of commercial banks, commercial banks and other norms of Internet banking development strategies to solve the problem.
