【摘要】：正一、廣西利用外資存在的問(wèn)題(一)外資來(lái)源渠道較少。根據(jù)商務(wù)廳對(duì)2011年廣西利用外資的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),2011年年末廣西實(shí)際利用外資數(shù)101 381萬(wàn)美元,比2010年年未增長(zhǎng)11.2%,批準(zhǔn)項(xiàng)目數(shù)也同步增長(zhǎng)。從資金來(lái)源的渠道上看廣西外資的來(lái)源地主要以亞洲地區(qū)為主,盡管也有來(lái)自英、法、美等歐美國(guó)家的投資,但資金數(shù)額很小,占全區(qū)總投資額僅為2%左右。從實(shí)際利用外資的數(shù)額上看,排前五位的國(guó)家、地區(qū)或公司是:香港、馬來(lái)西亞、印度尼西亞、英屬維爾京群島和投資性公司投
[Abstract]:First, the problems existing in the utilization of foreign capital in Guangxi (1) the sources of foreign investment are relatively few. According to the statistics of the Department of Commerce on the utilization of foreign capital in Guangxi in 2011, the actual amount of foreign capital utilized by Guangxi at the end of 2011 was one billion thirteen million eight hundred and ten thousand US dollars. Compared with 2010, the number of projects approved has also increased at the same time. From the sources of funds, the sources of foreign investment in Guangxi are mainly from the Asian region. Although there are also investments from Britain, France, the United States, and other European and American countries, the amount of capital is very small. The total investment in the region is only about 2%. In terms of the amount of foreign capital actually utilized, the top five countries, regions or companies are: Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, the British Virgin Islands and investment companies.
