我國商業(yè)銀行同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)交易模式及影響因素研究

【摘要】:商業(yè)銀行的同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)是指商業(yè)銀行與其他銀行或非銀行金融機構(gòu)互相合作,以銀行或其他非銀行金融機構(gòu)為客戶進行全面服務(wù)與合作的各項業(yè)務(wù)。最初的同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)是以平衡短期資金余缺,解決短期的流動性為目的的,但近年來同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)生了明顯的變化:業(yè)務(wù)開始以中小型銀行為主導(dǎo),轉(zhuǎn)向以盈利性為交易目的;規(guī)模越來越大;涉及主體越來越多;衍生的交易模式越來越復(fù)雜。 近年來銀行同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)的迅速擴張,流動性緊張、信貸管制、資本稀缺、融資方式改變的經(jīng)營環(huán)境以及商業(yè)銀行競爭優(yōu)勢差異、非銀行金融機構(gòu)的快速發(fā)展等都是其最直接的推動和影響因素。隨著流動性的不斷緊張,同時貨幣當局通過控制信貸規(guī)模、存貸比率和撥備覆蓋率等手段控制商業(yè)銀行的貸款規(guī)模,銀行放貸能力大幅下降;隨著資本市場的發(fā)展,融資方式由間接融資向直接融資轉(zhuǎn)變,大量資金流出銀行體系,我國的中小型股份制商業(yè)銀行和城商行由于自身資源有限、網(wǎng)點數(shù)量較少等因素的限制,在對公和對私業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展上競爭優(yōu)勢本來就不明顯,所以我國的中小型銀行創(chuàng)新出了同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)的形式,同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)不受信貸規(guī)模和政策的限制,節(jié)省資本金,同時與其他非銀行金融機構(gòu)間的業(yè)務(wù)合作,實現(xiàn)資源共享。 但是隨著監(jiān)管的不斷加碼,使得同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)原有的盈利模式難以為繼,同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)若還以簡單地開發(fā)同質(zhì)業(yè)務(wù)替換原有業(yè)務(wù),其發(fā)展并不可持續(xù)。本文通過深入分析同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,剖析同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)衍生的各種交易模式的實質(zhì),對商業(yè)銀行同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)的影響因素進行理論和實證分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決目前我國商業(yè)銀行尤其是中小型商業(yè)銀行在同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展上的問題,提出相應(yīng)的政策建議以期能夠規(guī)范同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,提高監(jiān)管的效率。
[Abstract]:The interbank business of a commercial bank refers to the cooperation between a commercial bank and other banks or non-bank financial institutions, Any business in which banks or other non-bank financial institutions provide comprehensive services and cooperation to their clients. The original interbank business was aimed at balancing the shortage of short-term funds and resolving short-term liquidity. However, in recent years, the interbank business has changed obviously: the business began to be dominated by small and medium-sized banks and turned to profitability as the purpose of trading; the scale is getting larger and larger; more and more subjects are involved; the derivative trading model is becoming more and more complex. In recent years, the rapid expansion of interbank business, tight liquidity, credit control, capital scarcity, the changing business environment of financing and the difference of commercial banks' competitive advantage, The rapid development of non-bank financial institutions is the most direct driving force and influencing factor. As liquidity continues to strain, the monetary authorities control the size of credit. With the development of the capital market, the mode of financing has changed from indirect financing to direct financing, and a large number of funds have flowed out of the banking system. Because of the limitation of the limited resources and the small number of network, the small and medium-sized joint-stock commercial banks and the city commercial banks in our country have not obvious competitive advantages in the development of public and private business. Therefore, the medium and small banks of our country have innovated the form of interbank business. The interbank business is not limited by the credit scale and policy, and saves capital, at the same time, it can cooperate with other non-bank financial institutions to realize the sharing of resources. However, with the continuous increase of supervision, the original profit model of the same business is difficult to continue. If the same business is still simply developing homogeneous business to replace the original business, By analyzing the current situation of the development of interbank business, this paper analyzes the essence of various transaction models derived from interbank business, and makes theoretical and empirical analysis on the influencing factors of interbank business. In order to standardize the development of interbank business and improve the efficiency of supervision, this paper finds out and solves the problems in the development of interbank business in China, especially the small and medium-sized commercial banks.
