【摘要】：發(fā)軔于1980年的科技貸款已經(jīng)走過30多年的歷程。本文回顧了科技貸款發(fā)展歷程,將其分為五個階段,分析了其演進(jìn)規(guī)律,認(rèn)為這一歷程的演進(jìn)受金融環(huán)境及科技環(huán)境的變化、市場化進(jìn)程、政策支持和金融創(chuàng)新的驅(qū)動。此外,本文還分析了制約科技貸款發(fā)展的主要問題,并提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The science and technology loan, which started in 1980, has gone through more than 30 years. This paper reviews the development course of science and technology loan, divides it into five stages, analyzes its evolution law, and thinks that the evolution of this process is influenced by the change of financial environment and science and technology environment. In addition, this paper analyzes the main problems that restrict the development of science and technology loan, and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
