【摘要】:在金融全球化、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)快速發(fā)展的情況下,,借助互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的迅速興起和電子商務(wù)蓬勃發(fā)展,全球銀行業(yè)的開放化程度日益加深。為了爭奪優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶資源,搶占市場份額,全球銀行業(yè)不斷推出各種金融創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品,改善服務(wù)質(zhì)量。電子銀行應(yīng)運而生,它的出現(xiàn)彌補了傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)無法或者不便涉及的領(lǐng)域,人們迅速接受其靈活、快捷、安全和方便等特性,銀行業(yè)也逐漸告別傳統(tǒng)銀行而向電子銀行邁進。 我國自1999年招商銀行推出網(wǎng)上銀行服務(wù)以來,國內(nèi)各家商業(yè)銀行紛紛投入巨資進行重點規(guī)劃,并且不斷加強電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展和產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,初步實現(xiàn)了從以實體網(wǎng)點為主的傳統(tǒng)銀行向?qū)嶓w網(wǎng)點和電子銀行共同發(fā)展、協(xié)同互補的現(xiàn)代銀行服務(wù)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變。能否及時、有效的在電子銀行領(lǐng)域占有一席之地,不僅關(guān)系到能否保持商業(yè)銀行現(xiàn)有的市場份額,也將決定其未來的市場結(jié)構(gòu)。在10多年的發(fā)展中,國內(nèi)電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)取得了突飛猛進的進步。在以客戶為中心的經(jīng)營理念下,發(fā)展電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)成為中國建設(shè)銀行應(yīng)對第三方支付沖擊、助推業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型、降低運營成本、拓展維護客戶、增加中間業(yè)務(wù)收入、提升核心競爭力、提升客戶滿意度和忠誠度等方面的必然選擇。電子銀行已經(jīng)成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟時代商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展潮流,代表著金融服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的未來,有著巨大的潛力和廣闊的發(fā)展空間。作為中國建設(shè)銀行股份有限公司的一個縮影,中國建設(shè)銀行股份有限公司吉林省分行(以下簡稱:建行吉林省分行)在面臨經(jīng)濟環(huán)境較落后,同業(yè)競爭激烈的情況下,極度需要依靠發(fā)展電子銀行來保證客戶的穩(wěn)定并提升競爭能力。通過研究建行吉林省分行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,存在的問題和不足,以及今后的發(fā)展方向?qū)χ袊ㄔO(shè)銀行股份有限公司乃至整個國有商業(yè)銀行電子銀行范疇而言,都有比較典型的代表意義。 本文圍繞建行吉林省分行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展進行了詳細的研究,闡述了建行吉林省分行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)的定義、分類、功能及發(fā)展態(tài)勢。重點通過對建行吉林省分行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)與區(qū)域內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)的比較,總結(jié)出建行吉林省分行現(xiàn)階段電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中存在的問題,并分析問題產(chǎn)生的原因。通過分析建行吉林省分行內(nèi)外部發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境,利用SWOT分析法進行分析,指出建行吉林省分行只能采取SO策略迎接挑戰(zhàn),利用人員、網(wǎng)點、客戶和科技優(yōu)勢,快速發(fā)展,才能取得競爭優(yōu)勢。最后提出建行吉林省分行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)的戰(zhàn)略目標以及相應(yīng)的實施方法和保障措施,繼而高效推動建行吉林省分行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)快速發(fā)展,提升市場份額,使之成為銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的交易主渠道,宣傳主渠道、收入主渠道。
[Abstract]:Under the circumstance of financial globalization and rapid development of information network technology, with the rapid rise of the Internet and the vigorous development of electronic commerce, the opening degree of the global banking industry is deepening day by day. The global banking industry has continuously introduced a variety of financial innovation products to improve the quality of service. Electronic banking emerged as the times require, and its emergence made up for areas that the traditional banking industry could not or was inconvenient to deal with, and people quickly accepted it as flexible and fast. Security and convenience and other characteristics, the banking industry is gradually moving away from traditional banks to electronic banking. Since China Merchants Bank launched its online banking service in 1999, domestic commercial banks have invested a lot of money to carry out key planning, and have constantly strengthened the development of electronic banking business and product innovation. Has initially realized the transformation from the traditional bank with the entity network as the main body to the entity network and the electronic bank common development, the cooperation complementary modern bank service pattern, whether in time, effectively occupies a place in the electronic bank domain, It is not only related to whether commercial banks can maintain their existing market share, but also to their future market structure. In the development of more than 10 years, the domestic electronic banking business has made rapid progress. As a microcosm of China Construction Bank Co., Ltd., The Jilin Branch of China Construction Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Jilin Branch of China Construction Bank) is facing a relatively backward economic environment and fierce competition among its peers. It is extremely necessary to rely on the development of electronic banking to ensure customer stability and enhance competitiveness. By studying the current situation of the development of electronic banking business in China Construction Bank Jilin Branch, there are problems and shortcomings. And the future development direction of China Construction Bank Co., Ltd. and even the entire electronic banking category of state-owned commercial banks, have a more typical representative significance. This paper makes a detailed study on the development of electronic banking business in Jilin Branch of China Construction Bank, and expounds the definition and classification of electronic banking business in Jilin Branch of China Construction Bank. Through the comparison between the electronic banking business of the Jilin Branch of China Construction Bank and the electronic banking business of the commercial banks in the region, the problems existing in the development of the electronic banking business of the Jilin Branch of the Construction Bank at the present stage are summarized. By analyzing the internal and external development strategy environment of the Jilin Branch of CCB, and using the SWOT analysis method, the author points out that the Jilin Branch of CCB can only take so strategy to meet the challenge, make use of the personnel and network, Customer and scientific and technological advantages, rapid development, in order to obtain competitive advantage. Finally, put forward the strategic objectives of electronic banking business of Jilin Branch of China Construction Bank, and the corresponding implementation methods and safeguard measures. Then it can promote the rapid development of electronic banking business in Jilin Branch of China Construction Bank, promote market share, and make it become the main trading channel for the development of banking business, propaganda main channel and main revenue channel.
