平安銀行杭州分行供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:供應(yīng)鏈金融是商業(yè)銀行從企業(yè)財務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈管理的角度出發(fā),結(jié)合企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈條的整個環(huán)節(jié),,為企業(yè)在獲取訂單、采購原料、生產(chǎn)制造和貨物銷售等各個環(huán)節(jié)提供的,有針對性的信用增級、貸款、貿(mào)易融資、擔(dān)保、國際/國內(nèi)結(jié)算、理財服務(wù)、現(xiàn)金管理及風(fēng)險參與、風(fēng)險規(guī)避等各種金融產(chǎn)品組合的綜合解決方案,是商業(yè)銀行面向供應(yīng)鏈全體成員所提供的系統(tǒng)性融資安排。 本文通過對供應(yīng)鏈金融發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展意義、產(chǎn)品概況、風(fēng)險管理等方面的闡述,分析平安銀行杭州分行供應(yīng)鏈金融發(fā)展面臨的主要問題,包括缺乏專業(yè)化經(jīng)營的體制、傳統(tǒng)授信管理體制不適應(yīng)供應(yīng)鏈金融的發(fā)展、電子信息技術(shù)水平落后以及缺乏完善的外部制度環(huán)境四個因素。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出了杭州平安銀行供應(yīng)鏈業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展策略,主要有營銷策略、業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新策略以及專業(yè)化經(jīng)營策略。最后,結(jié)合存在的問題和發(fā)展策略,本文提出了供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的保障措施。 平安銀行杭州分行不僅要不斷完善自身的產(chǎn)品服務(wù)和內(nèi)部管理,也要適應(yīng)我國供應(yīng)鏈金融生態(tài)環(huán)境。只有這樣,供應(yīng)鏈金融作為新興的金融服務(wù)領(lǐng)域,才能健康蓬勃發(fā)展,才能夠提高中國銀行業(yè)在全球的綜合競爭力,才能幫助中國企業(yè)及其整個供應(yīng)鏈條獲得可持續(xù)的競爭能力,以快速適應(yīng)全球化的競爭。
[Abstract]:Supply chain finance is provided by commercial banks from the point of view of enterprise financial supply chain management, combining with the whole link of enterprise supply chain, for enterprises to obtain orders, purchase raw materials, manufacture and sell goods, etc. Comprehensive solutions for targeted credit enhancement, loans, trade finance, guarantees, international / domestic settlement, financial services, cash management, risk participation, risk aversion and other financial product portfolios, It is a systematic financing arrangement provided by commercial banks to all members of the supply chain. Based on the analysis of the current situation of supply chain finance development, significance of development, product profile, risk management and other aspects, this paper analyzes the main problems facing the development of supply chain finance in Hangzhou Branch of Ping an Bank, including the lack of a system of specialized management. The traditional credit management system is not suitable for the development of supply chain finance, the level of electronic information technology is backward, and the external institutional environment is not perfect. On this basis, this paper puts forward the development strategy of supply chain business of Hangzhou Ping an Bank. There are mainly marketing strategy, business innovation strategy and specialized management strategy. Finally, combined with the existing problems and development strategies, this paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the development of supply chain financial business. The Hangzhou Branch of Ping an Bank should not only continuously improve its own products, services and internal management, but also adapt to the ecological environment of supply chain finance in China. Only in this way, can supply chain finance, as a new financial service field, develop healthily and vigorously. In order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of Chinese banking industry in the world, and to help Chinese enterprises and their entire supply chain to achieve sustainable competitiveness, in order to quickly adapt to the globalization of competition.
