X商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)型策略研究

【摘要】:中小商業(yè)銀行是我國金融體系的重要組成部分,有利于完善我國的金融體系,更好的服務(wù)我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。但在次貸危機(jī)、金融全球化和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的影響下,中小商業(yè)銀行所面臨的市場環(huán)境、制度政策以及自身經(jīng)營等因素發(fā)生了巨大變化。另外,與大型商業(yè)銀行相比,中小商業(yè)銀行處于明顯劣勢地位,其所面臨的競爭壓力正逐漸增大,再加上外資銀行的強(qiáng)大攻勢,目前我國中小商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展遇到了一系列前所未有的、可能危及生存的變化,因此研究我國中小商業(yè)銀行的經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)型是一個(gè)緊迫而重要的命題。 本文以中小商業(yè)銀行差異化經(jīng)營路徑為理論基礎(chǔ)。以X銀行為例,介紹了其轉(zhuǎn)型動(dòng)因,對比描述了該銀行上市8年以來的經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)型狀況,分析了其過去經(jīng)營策略在當(dāng)下環(huán)境的經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了其經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)型的成效和存在的問題。然后分析了X銀行與5大銀行的比較優(yōu)勢和X銀行與其他中小銀行的比較優(yōu)勢,發(fā)現(xiàn)X銀行在服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)、服務(wù)某一地方的居民有比較優(yōu)勢,而這類似于美國社區(qū)銀行的性質(zhì)。然后借鑒美國社區(qū)銀行的優(yōu)秀做法,并看到其不足之處,結(jié)合我國國情,因地制宜,給X銀行經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)型以啟示。最后,本文通過完善X商業(yè)銀行的不足和借鑒美國社區(qū)銀行的優(yōu)秀做法,提出了X商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)發(fā)揮自身的比較優(yōu)勢,與大型銀行展開錯(cuò)位競爭,找到適合的生存和發(fā)展空間。具體建議有:一是經(jīng)營理念轉(zhuǎn)型,構(gòu)建品牌形象和知名度;二是盈利模式轉(zhuǎn)型,提高非利息收入占比;三是業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型,開展差異化經(jīng)營;四是組織結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型,構(gòu)建扁平化組織結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized commercial banks are an important part of our financial system, which is conducive to perfecting our financial system and serving our economic development better. However, under the influence of the subprime mortgage crisis, financial globalization and Internet finance, The market environment, institutional policies and management of small and medium-sized commercial banks have changed greatly. In addition, compared with large commercial banks, small and medium-sized commercial banks are in an obvious inferior position. The competitive pressure it faces is gradually increasing, coupled with the strong offensive of foreign banks, at present, the development of small and medium-sized commercial banks in China has encountered a series of unprecedented changes that may endanger their survival. Therefore, it is an urgent and important proposition to study the management transformation of small and medium-sized commercial banks in China. Based on the theory of differentiated operation path of medium and small commercial banks, this paper takes X Bank as an example, introduces the reasons for its transformation, and compares the operation transformation situation of this bank since it has been listed for 8 years. This paper analyzes the present operating situation of its management strategy in the present environment, summarizes the effectiveness and existing problems of its operation transformation, and then analyzes the comparative advantages of X Bank and five major banks, and the comparative advantages of X Bank and other small and medium-sized banks. It is found that X Bank has a comparative advantage in serving the local economy and serving the residents of a certain place, and this is similar to the nature of the American Community Bank. Then we draw lessons from the excellent practices of the American Community Bank, and see its shortcomings, combining with the national conditions of our country. Finally, through perfecting the deficiency of X commercial bank and drawing on the excellent practice of American community bank, this paper puts forward that X commercial bank should bring its own comparative advantage into full play. In order to find the right room for survival and development with large banks, the specific suggestions are: first, transformation of business philosophy, building brand image and popularity; second, transformation of profit model to increase the proportion of non-interest income; third, business transformation, Fourth, organizational structure transformation, building flat organizational structure.
