【摘要】：創(chuàng)業(yè)板自2009年建立以來,縱觀其5年的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,走過了曲折發(fā)展的道路。自2012年十八大提出要把對經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)的戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整作為推進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的總方向后,創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場出現(xiàn)了一片繁榮的景象。本文通過實證分析證明了十八大對創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)折有重要的影響。盡管整個A股市場疲軟,始終在2100點左右徘徊,但創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場與之形成鮮明對比,2013年整個創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場表現(xiàn)強勁,屢創(chuàng)新高�？梢�,我國的經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型已經(jīng)有了初步的成效,繼續(xù)深入經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型、加強經(jīng)濟體制改革,就要大力發(fā)展創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場。創(chuàng)業(yè)板才是中國經(jīng)濟的“晴雨表”,可以靈敏地反映出中國經(jīng)濟質(zhì)和量的情況,創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場是未來中國資本市場的重要組成部分,代表了中國經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的方向。創(chuàng)業(yè)板的健康發(fā)展對中國經(jīng)濟的意義非常重要。作為新經(jīng)濟的代表,中國創(chuàng)業(yè)板與美國納斯達克有很多相似之處,因此本文主要是基于創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場與納斯達克市場的比較研究作為切入點,來分析中國經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型時期創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場的發(fā)展。首先介紹了創(chuàng)業(yè)板與納斯達克相關(guān)聯(lián)的基礎(chǔ)理論,包括創(chuàng)業(yè)板的概念、特點和對主板的影響、中國創(chuàng)業(yè)板和美國納斯達克的建立與發(fā)展、股票價格決定因素等。接著本文通過實證詳細地分析了中國創(chuàng)業(yè)板與美國納斯達克的市場、板塊、個股之間的聯(lián)動性,實證顯示創(chuàng)業(yè)板與納斯達克在2012年的十八大之后具有很強的關(guān)聯(lián)性,這說明中國新經(jīng)濟正在與世界新經(jīng)濟接軌,創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場是未來中國資本市場最具希望的市場。最后,根據(jù)兩個市場的對比,進一步對形成兩個市場相關(guān)聯(lián)的因素進行分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒美國納斯達克的成功經(jīng)驗對發(fā)展中國創(chuàng)業(yè)板市場提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The gem since its establishment in 2009, throughout its 5 years of development, has followed a tortuous path of development. Since 2012 eighteen has put forward the strategic adjustment of the economic structure as the general direction to promote the transformation of the mode of economic development, the GEM market appeared a piece of prosperity. In this paper, through empirical analysis shows that eighteen the GEM market has an important influence on turning. Although the whole A stock market weakness, always hovering around 2100 points, but the GEM market in stark contrast to 2013, the GEM market is strong, record highs. Therefore, China's economic restructuring has made some preliminary results, further the economic transformation, strengthen the economic system reform, we must vigorously develop the GEM market. The gem is China economic "barometer", can sensitively reflect the quality and quantity of the China economic situation, entrepreneurship Market is an important part of Chinese capital market in the future, China represents the direction of economic restructuring. The very important significance for the healthy development of the gem Chinese economy. As the representative of the new economy, China gem and Nasdaq have many similarities, so this paper is a comparative study of gem and Nasdaq stock market as a starting point based on the analysis of the development of China during the transformation of economic structure of the GEM market. First introduced the gem and Nasdaq stock related theories, including the concept of the gem, and the effect on the motherboard, China gem and Nasdaq's establishment and development, the stock price decision factors. Then through the detailed analysis of the market, China gem and Nasdaq stock plate, the linkage between the evidence shows that the gem and Jonas Duck in 2012 after eighteen has a strong correlation, which shows that China new economy is integrating with the world new economy, the GEM market is the future Chinese capital market the most promising market. Finally, according to the comparison of the two markets, to further the formation of the two factors related to market analysis, on the basis of on the successful experience from the United States NASDAQ put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the development of China gem market.
