【摘要】：越南是中國(guó)企業(yè)境外貿(mào)易的主要市場(chǎng)之一，也是中國(guó)企業(yè)在東南亞的主要投資市場(chǎng)。而隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)水平和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力不斷提高,“走出去”已成為中國(guó)企業(yè)積極參與國(guó)際化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的戰(zhàn)略需要。越南于2007年初正式加入WTO，開始履行入世減稅和開放市場(chǎng)的各種承諾，為外商創(chuàng)造了更便利的投資與經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境。越南與中國(guó)山水相連、政治制度、風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣相似，地理位置優(yōu)越。而近年來，越南政府積極吸引外資,制定并不斷完善相應(yīng)的投資保障法律及政策,簡(jiǎn)化投資審批程序。加之中國(guó)-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)談判的不斷深入。其都為中國(guó)企業(yè)到越南投資經(jīng)營(yíng)提供了良好的契機(jī)。因此，本人作為一名越南留學(xué)生對(duì)此十分關(guān)注，希望對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè)在越南直接投資的現(xiàn)狀及問題進(jìn)行較為深刻的研究并提出一些有利于中越投資合作進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。 本文首先介紹了中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)越南直接投資的歷史、現(xiàn)狀并詳細(xì)論述中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)越南直接投資的主要?jiǎng)右颉?其次用SWOT分析法對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)越直接投資面臨的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)，機(jī)會(huì)和挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行分析。 其三，主要提出中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)越南投資的戰(zhàn)略、策略，分析TCL集團(tuán)開拓越南市場(chǎng)的一些成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 最后，對(duì)本文的主要結(jié)論進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Vietnam is one of the main markets for overseas trade among Chinese enterprises, as well as a major investment market for Chinese enterprises in Southeast Asia. And with the rapid development of the Chinese economy, The level of operation and competitiveness of enterprises are constantly improving. "going out" has become a strategic need for Chinese enterprises to actively participate in international competition. Vietnam formally joined the WTO in early 2007, and began to fulfill its various commitments to reduce taxes and open up the market after its entry into WTO. Vietnam has created a more convenient investment and business environment for foreign businessmen. Vietnam and China are connected by mountains and rivers, have similar political systems, customs and customs, and enjoy superior geographical location. In recent years, the Vietnamese government has actively attracted foreign investment. Formulating and improving relevant investment protection laws and policies, simplifying the investment approval process, and the deepening negotiations of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area, all of which provide a good opportunity for Chinese enterprises to invest and operate in Vietnam. As a Vietnamese student, I am very concerned about this. I hope to make a deep study on the current situation and problems of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Vietnam and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions conducive to the further development of Sino-Vietnamese investment cooperation. This paper first introduces the history and present situation of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Vietnam, and discusses in detail the main causes of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Vietnam. Secondly, SWOT analysis is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges faced by Chinese enterprises in their direct investment in Vietnam. Thirdly, the paper puts forward the strategy and strategy of Chinese enterprises' investment in Vietnam, and analyzes some successful experiences of TCL Group in developing Vietnam market. Finally, the main conclusions of this paper are summarized.
