吉林銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展取得了很好的成績(jī),不論是資本運(yùn)作水平、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控能力,還是資本質(zhì)量、法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)、內(nèi)部資源能力都得到了很大的提升,為地方經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。但與國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行相比,城市商業(yè)銀行的資產(chǎn)規(guī)模仍然比較小、抵抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力也比較弱,再加上其自身經(jīng)營(yíng)理念、公司治理結(jié)構(gòu)的不完善,很大程度上制約了城市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展。在日益激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)城市商業(yè)銀行的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,提高其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前亟待解決的問(wèn)題。 吉林銀行是由長(zhǎng)春市商業(yè)銀行吸收合并吉林市商業(yè)銀行及遼源市城市信用社而成立的,通過(guò)擴(kuò)股增資、跨區(qū)域設(shè)立分支機(jī)構(gòu)、吸收境外戰(zhàn)略投資者等改革措施,資產(chǎn)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,已經(jīng)成為吉林省最大的城市商業(yè)銀行,公司的綜合實(shí)力大幅提升。地域性是吉林銀行的優(yōu)勢(shì),使吉林銀行在當(dāng)?shù)赜辛己玫钠髽I(yè)形象和穩(wěn)定的客戶來(lái)源。但地域性同時(shí)也制約了吉林銀行的跨區(qū)域發(fā)展,限縮了吉林銀行的業(yè)務(wù)范圍,不利于吉林銀行整體實(shí)力的提高。此外,由于歷史遺留的原因,吉林銀行的發(fā)展還存在著其他的問(wèn)題,如公司治理結(jié)構(gòu)不完善、員工素質(zhì)普遍較低、資本補(bǔ)充能力不足、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控能力低下等,而隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,銀行間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,吉林銀行必須實(shí)行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,提高自身的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,才能在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。 本文首先吉林銀行的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)分析現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)吉林銀行發(fā)展存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,包括地域性限制明顯、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控能力弱、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理效率低下等問(wèn)題。其次,對(duì)吉林銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,吉林銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的外部環(huán)境包括金融危機(jī)對(duì)銀行業(yè)的影響、我國(guó)的金融監(jiān)管機(jī)制、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手分析等宏觀環(huán)境因素,內(nèi)部環(huán)境即是指吉林銀行的內(nèi)部人力、資產(chǎn)、客戶、企業(yè)文化等內(nèi)部資源因素,后通過(guò)SWOT分析方法以分析表的方式對(duì)吉林銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、機(jī)遇、劣勢(shì)、威脅進(jìn)行分析并提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策。最后,提出提升吉林銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的具體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,,如業(yè)務(wù)調(diào)整戰(zhàn)略、差異性戰(zhàn)略、CIS戰(zhàn)略等,并提出完善公司治理、提高資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量等具體措施保障競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的有效實(shí)施,提升吉林銀行的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,保持吉林銀行的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)地位。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, the development of urban commercial banks in China has made good achievements, whether it is the level of capital operation, the ability of risk control, or the quality of capital, corporate governance structure. The capacity of internal resources has been greatly improved, which has made a great contribution to the development of the local economy. However, compared with the state-owned commercial banks, the assets of urban commercial banks are still relatively small, and their ability to resist risks is also relatively weak. In addition, the imperfect corporate governance structure restricts the development of urban commercial banks to a great extent. In the increasingly fierce competition, how to realize the stable development of urban commercial banks and improve their core competitiveness, It has become an urgent problem to be solved. Jilin Bank was established by the Changchun City Commercial Bank to absorb and merge Jilin City Commercial Bank and Liaoyuan City City Credit Cooperatives. Through the expansion of capital, the establishment of cross-regional branches, and the absorption of foreign strategic investors, and other reform measures, With the constant expansion of assets, it has become the largest commercial bank in the city of Jilin Province, and the comprehensive strength of the company has been greatly enhanced. Regional nature is the advantage of Jilin Bank. Make Jilin Bank have a good corporate image and stable customer source in the local area. However, regionalism also restricts the cross-regional development of Jilin Bank, limits the scope of business of Jilin Bank, and is not conducive to the improvement of the overall strength of Jilin Bank. Due to the reasons left over by history, there are still other problems in the development of Jilin Bank, such as imperfect corporate governance structure, low staff quality, insufficient capital replenishment ability, low risk control ability and so on. However, with the rapid development of the economy, The competition among banks is becoming more and more fierce. Jilin Bank must implement competitive strategy and improve its core competitiveness in order to be invincible in the fierce competition. This paper first analyzes the current situation of Jilin Bank's competition analysis, and analyzes the problems existing in the development of Jilin Bank, including obvious regional limitations, weak risk control ability, low operational management efficiency and so on. The internal and external environment of Jilin bank competition is analyzed. The external environment of Jilin bank competition includes the impact of the financial crisis on the banking industry, the financial supervision mechanism of our country, the analysis of competitors and other macro environmental factors. The internal environment refers to the internal resource factors of Jilin Bank, such as manpower, assets, customers, corporate culture and so on. After that, the competitive advantages, opportunities and weaknesses of Jilin Bank are analyzed by SWOT analysis method. Finally, the author puts forward specific competitive strategies to enhance the core competitiveness of Jilin Bank, such as business adjustment strategy, difference strategy and CIS strategy, and proposes to improve corporate governance. To improve the quality of assets and other specific measures to ensure the effective implementation of competitive strategy, to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of Jilin Bank, and to maintain the competitive advantage of Jilin Bank.
