【摘要】：如今，企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)手段已經(jīng)逐漸從有形資產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)向無(wú)形資產(chǎn)，研發(fā)投入作為企業(yè)的無(wú)形資產(chǎn)，是推動(dòng)企業(yè)快速發(fā)展的源泉。目前，我國(guó)正處在經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的關(guān)鍵階段，，加大研發(fā)投入，推動(dòng)科技創(chuàng)新能力，對(duì)于提高綜合國(guó)力，保持經(jīng)濟(jì)的較快增長(zhǎng)具有重要的意義。 中小企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)性反應(yīng)了公司的基本經(jīng)營(yíng)特征和行為戰(zhàn)略，對(duì)推動(dòng)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷增長(zhǎng)具有重要的意義。因此，針對(duì)中小板上市公司，研發(fā)投入是否一定帶來(lái)了企業(yè)的高成長(zhǎng)，以及研發(fā)投入如何影響了企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)性成為本文的研究重點(diǎn)。 本文選取了142家中小板上市公司，將這些企業(yè)分為制造業(yè)、加工業(yè)、服務(wù)業(yè)和綜合類(lèi)企業(yè)四個(gè)行業(yè)，根據(jù)不同行業(yè)的實(shí)際情況有針對(duì)性的進(jìn)行分析。本文主要包括六個(gè)部分： 第一部分緒論主要闡述了研究背景，同時(shí)提出了研究中小板上市公司研發(fā)投入與成長(zhǎng)性的目的與意義，介紹了相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和研究方法。 第二部分介紹了研發(fā)投入和成長(zhǎng)性等的概念及相關(guān)的理論。 第三部分是對(duì)中小板上市公司研發(fā)投入與成長(zhǎng)性的趨勢(shì)分析。 第四部分研究設(shè)計(jì)，根據(jù)中小板上市公司實(shí)際情況設(shè)計(jì)三方面的假設(shè)。 第五部分首先對(duì)中小板上市公司研發(fā)投入與企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)，其次對(duì)其進(jìn)行多元線(xiàn)性回歸分析。 第六部分根據(jù)中小板上市公司研發(fā)投入和企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性的現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)證結(jié)果提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。 本文通過(guò)分析得出以下結(jié)論：研發(fā)經(jīng)費(fèi)投入與成長(zhǎng)性之間存在相關(guān)性，且這種相關(guān)性為正向的；部分行業(yè)的研發(fā)人員比例與企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性的相關(guān)性不顯著；政府補(bǔ)助與企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性的相關(guān)系呈顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系。針對(duì)研究結(jié)果所表現(xiàn)出的研發(fā)投入對(duì)中小板上市公司成長(zhǎng)性影響中存在的問(wèn)題，提出一系列的建議和意見(jiàn)，希望有助于我國(guó)中小板上市公司的深化改革，進(jìn)一步提高中小板企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)性，不僅為其自身帶來(lái)發(fā)展也為整體經(jīng)濟(jì)水平帶來(lái)有益的影響。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the means of competition among enterprises have gradually changed from tangible assets to intangible assets. As the intangible assets of enterprises, R & D investment is the source to promote the rapid development of enterprises. Our country is in the key stage of economic structure adjustment. It is of great significance to increase R & D investment and promote the ability of scientific and technological innovation to improve the overall national strength and maintain the rapid economic growth. The growth of small and medium-sized enterprises reflects the basic management characteristics and behavioral strategy of the company, and it is of great significance to promote the continuous growth of the national economy. Whether R & D investment brings about high growth of enterprises and how R D investment affects the growth of enterprises becomes the focus of this paper. This article selects 142 small and medium-sized board listed companies, divides these enterprises into four industries: manufacturing industry, processing industry, service industry and comprehensive enterprise. According to the actual situation of different industries targeted analysis. This paper mainly includes six parts: The first part introduces the background of the research, and puts forward the purpose and significance of the research on R & D investment and growth of small and medium-sized listed companies, and introduces the relevant literature and research methods. The second part introduces the concepts and related theories of R & D investment and growth. The third part is the trend analysis of R & D investment and growth of small and medium board listed companies. 4th part of the research design, according to the actual situation of small and medium-sized board listed companies design three aspects of assumptions. In the 5th part, the author firstly makes descriptive statistics on R & D investment and enterprise growth of small and medium-sized board listed companies, and then carries out multivariate linear regression analysis. In 6th, according to the current situation of R & D investment and enterprise growth of small and medium-sized board listed companies, combined with theoretical basis and empirical results, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. This paper draws the following conclusions through analysis: there is a correlation between R & D expenditure and growth, and this correlation is positive; The proportion of R & D personnel in some industries is not significantly related to the growth of enterprises; The relationship between government subsidies and enterprise growth is significantly positive correlation. In view of the research results of R & D investment on the small and medium-sized listed companies growth problems, put forward a series of suggestions and opinions. It is hoped that it will be helpful to deepen the reform of Chinese small and medium-sized board listed companies and further improve the growth of small and medium-sized board enterprises, which will not only bring about its own development but also bring beneficial influence to the overall economic level.
